i was moved to tears when i heard that melody.. it carried a sad tunes.. made me think of my grandma at home and wonder if she have anything to eat.. while i'm away in college
you shouldn't listen to negative comments. The most important thing is that you are using your voice for the right reason. That's what makes it beautiful. Keep singing for god my friend. May you be blessed.
It's in the hmong song book "Cov Ntseeg Yexus Phoo Nkauj" aka the "CMA song book" #258. A few of the lines have been changed because I didn't like the translation in there as much.
Yo, my brother in christ. Might I ask for the lyrics for this song? Im really feeling this song, and I think I'm gonna plan to sing this song sometime for church. Thanks.
agreed.. the one that you have to stay up for three day and three nights.. the one that your on your knees for three days and three nights .. crying for three day and three nights.. and remember the one that has gone to a better place for three day and three night and for the rest of our lives...
...quick question, "How is a jewish man the savior for the Hmong people?" I'm not against what you believe in but I find it interesting how my people would believe it.
I don't really view Jesus as a Jewish. Jesus only came to the Jewish nation because it was the chosen nation that God has planned. In the end when Jesus left to Heaven He told his disciples to spread the goodnews which is believing, accepting, and living in or like Jesus Christ so that we can enter His kingdom when He return again the second time. So the goodnews had came to us Hmong people. If you believe and live according to His words you will receive His Kingdom.
ok fine, but he is still a "jew" and that's a fact. According to you God "chosen"...why chose just one race of people? Doesn't that make the Israelite the "favorite" of all the races around the world. I would feel bad playing second fiddle to god, I mean it's the most important time for mankind and god was being choosy? Why not every man and women that he created so that there wouldn't be any war or suffering? I'm pretty sure people would listen if everyone was told and not just one favor race.
well, to what i know(i may be wrong)God chose that race because the prophet of the coming King Jesus will be fulfill by them. if God chose another race then the prophet wouldn't have been fulfill by that race or nation. for example us Hmong?? if God had chose us..would Jesus be able to die on the cross and will the prophet be done?? Jesus main purpose is to die for our sins we dont even have a country or i dont even know what happen to the Hmong during that time. but yeah. would it possible..
...you see how all of what you said is based upon "what someone said"? I mean what is the difference in believing in Shamanism, Islam, Buddhism and Christianity? How do you know what you believe in is a fact or just what someone said? As far as I know all religions are based on stories not facts; therefore, has no values in the scientific communities. What I get from religious stories are stories to make you a better person not to believe it literally.
Actually if you look at history many of the events in the Bible are true and are facts not just story. Also the Bible is more than a story book. If you read the beginning it is a law book and a history book. It was written by Kings, Doctors, Singers, Prophets, and even average people. I encourage you to read the Bible. I think the only way to know the difference between each religion is probably to research them up. This is an interesting topic though. Thank for bringing it up.

...Great! Now...tell me which event in the bible is true and has "facts" or "evidences"? I'll love to see it cause all my research in religions has yield no facts. BTW, it doesn't matter who wrote the bible it still need facts to have ground.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
"facts" is as ambiguous as anything. I can't prove to you that 1+1=2 if you don't want to believe it. Yahshua aka Jesus is a fact but I can't prove it. But I can tell you that if you start killing people in defiant to "thou shall not kill" then I'm sure there's going to be people coming after you if you kill one of there people. If I cause someone to sin then I know what the result will be, somone's going to be really angry and that doesn't have to be YHWH aka God.
...1+1=2? Of course is "2"...what you're trying say is that 1+1=10 because you should just have "faith" and believe it without actually doing the MATH.
BTW, "thou shall not kill"...God and his "people" have kill for their cause (says so in the bible), so don't be arrogantand NO I will not read you the quotes from the bible because if really read the bible you should know it.
not only that Jesus was born to the purest lady Mary. She is a lady who is a virgin and is faithful to the Lord. And maybe we Hmong didn't believe in God we were beliving in something else such as shamanism or other religion..???. But I think that's why God chose that nation because they believe in God.
I believe God doesn't want war. people choose to have war because they don't know how to love one another. if we do there wouldnt be any war.
