  • never give them your bank details, inform them YOU will set up a standing order. Pay ONLY what you can afford and never engage them on the phone. I pay each of my bottom feeders £1 each per month after 3 years of going without food in order to repay them at a rate they thought I should pay. Never again. Don't be scared or unsecured debt and these mickey mouse companies. Take the bull by the horns, after all, your debt with the original creditor has already been written off.

  • Looks like the website promoted by this video has gone away, and archive.org doesn't have a copy.

  • @Catgirl356 unless you don't really owe all or part of the debt.

  • @NoDestinyLive4Now That's exactly what @Catgirl356 said: pay those that you are contractually obligated to pay.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this 'get out of debt free' nonsense reads around the subject first.

  • How about we just all pay our bills like were supposed to and contractually obligated to???

  • @Catgirl356 contractually obligated to is a very wide term...

  • Tell them you'll pay as long as they provide the bill and contract....then tell them to fuck off.

  • These debt collecters are rapists and the Government welcomes this. They will torture and rape your family, including all the members. The OFT who regulates them are told not to do anything. As for the Financial Services Authority , who regulate the banks, they welcome this behaviour. Also the Financial Ombudsman Service, supports the torture of pregnant women and are told to protect the banking industry.

  • What's the intro song?

  • never ever phone dca's only conduct in writing....emails sometimes work...

  • debt collector is fucking horrible!

  • As @bondsan says quite correctly, it is illegal for 3rd party companies to chase debts which they do not have a signed contract for. It is high time people stand up to these scheister companies! All you have to do is write to them and tell them you do not recognise them as a company you have dealt with, and ask for a copy of the contract you signed with them.

Its amazing what crap some of these Panorama programmes peddle! They haven't properly investigated the issue at all.

  • the document that the name derives from is covered with a crown copyright meaning it belongs to the crown.

my question is now : who is liable for the name ?

it belongs to the crown i will let you work out who is liable for it.

  • @bondsan oh btw watch "get out of debt free" on the tpuc site (it is in the links section) and you will find out that it is actually unlawful to sell on your debt without your consent. no third party interloper can be allowed in without prior agreement.

  • @bondsan watch?v=XGfNF1bb9Sg

  • As they have been notified that the alleged debtor is a resident in a mental hospital, further pursuit of his case could be an offence contrary to the Disability Discrimination Act.

  • NICE VIDEO ...GOOD INFO

  • If you really must deal with Worst Credit, CCA request should be your first port of call.

Go to Consumer Action Group website, debt collection industry forum, and search for previous threads concerning this company.

I guarantee that you'll find reams of info on how to deal with them, and the justifiably bad reputation that this company has.

Even the staff don't last there, and the turnover rates are massive.

  • Worst Credit and Uncle Bob. Not known for 'sympathetic' dealings with 'debtors'. They were warned by the Office of Fair Trading last year for their dubious business practices.

Plus, Worst Credit have NO business even asking to see private medical information, especially something as sensitive as a mental health section order.

Also, First Credit - like every other DCA - have an annoying habit of denying receipt of correspondence.

  • @dcamaggots "Plus, Worst Credit have NO business even asking to see private medical information, especially something as sensitive as a mental health section order.

    "

True but then everyone would claim " well I cant pay because I'm sick"

  • @JimbCaggerC

Nope. Commission going down the pan, there? Getting resentful because your pay for the month's not what you expected?

My heart bleeds for you, it really does...

  • The stupid arse on the end of the phone wants to learn how to speak properly. Do'nt let them destroy you, they have very limited options if the sum is unsecured, they are trying to frighten you, fight them.
