I went to Utah n I had a crown burger n there was like 1/4 lb of pastrami on the burger n in every bite u mostly taste the pastrami n their fries r hot n crispy but greasy.

I went their when I was in SLC. Great burgers. Also i tried fry sauce, my mom is from SLC and she makes it all the time at restaurants, just mix ketchup and mayo, its great.

In Utah they call it fries sauce. In the rest of the world they call it Thousand Island Dressing

Fry Sauce: Ketchup, Mayo, sometimes pickle relish, but most commonly not.
