  • "Show them what you eat"

    * Hmm! Hmm! Hey not public!

    Tink tink tink ......

"Wow! Where are you going ?!?!? Aahah! not there not there! "

    - is not going to be found him .....

  • I got one for my bf and I to have her name is Tink and she is 9 weeks old she is just the cutest thing ever she makes the cutesy barking sound so cute :) we lover her to death

  • when you take him out of his cage does he fly around? is he hard to get back in the cage?

  • pocket pets tried to sell these guys to me. they told me they are like a hampster, need no attention, and eat pellets not bugs. screw em, these babies need love

  • Anyone with questions, please do message me via youtube... I care a lot for these animals and any questions I can answer to help are always welcome. :]

  • To anybody thinking of buying a sugar glider: DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! These pets are NOT like a hamster, guinea pig, chinchilla or anything else. They are so much more work! Their nutritional and mental needs are far more complex. If you plan on getting one, you need to be prepared ahead of time. They aren't good pets to have around small children, NEVER own a ferret and a sugar glider, keep fat in their diet to a minimum, need a large cage, ALWAYS HAVE AT LEAST TWO!, do NOT buy from PocketPets.

  • @CrasieKitten Some parts you are right about but [u obviously dont know it all just look at the vids from the sugar glider vet, he has been working with tem for over 25 years and he knows alot. They do need to be played with alot and although it is better to have 2+ of them its not necesary if u play with them every day. The food is not that complex, although i agree not to buy from pocketpets, they make the best food for them in the business, the glide r chow and glide a mins are the best.

  • @wildabeeeest I don't appreciate being talked down to. I never said you had to play with them daily. And no, their diet is not extremely complex. But its more complex than a hamster. You don't just feed them pellets and be done with it. Everything I said IS accurate. And you also don't know what staple food is the BEST for them...everybody has a different opinion on that, it just depends on who you ask. Don't pretend you know everything. I wasn't saying I did, I was just giving a few facts.

  • @CrasieKitten Sorry, my friend who has a few sugar gliders was on my account, hes sort of an asshole and thinks he knows everything, im just thinking about getting one but sorry for my friend and thanks for the info

  • @CrasieKitten and the other 25% should be fresh fruit and veggies, they alos get along with many pets but yes they do not like ferrets

  • @CrasieKitten

i was thinking of getting one. what's wrong with pocketpets? where is a good place to get one?

  • @jadeyes914 If you've ever heard of a puppy mill before, that's what Pocketpets is, only they farm sugar gliders instead of dogs. Pocketpets does not care at all about the animal, they only breed for money. Buggerluver gave a great example. They'll tell you anything to get you to buy one. I got my babies from Suncoast Gliders and I hiiiiiiighly recommend them.

  • @CrasieKitten why sohouldt we buy from pocketpets?

  • @CrasieKitten You can have only one sugar glider, but by doing that, that means the owner just needs to handle them way more than they normally do... which is a LOT. My first sugar glider died a few years ago and it's just been me and Aussie since then. We've been doin' great. =]

But your comment is totally true, especially to novice glider owners. It's refreshing to see people who know what they're talking about on YouTube for once...

  • @FalloutRadius Yeah, it is possible to own one and everything be fine, but in most cases its better to have two. Like if something happened to one of my boys, I'd be sure to get another glider pal to still have two, just because I don't feel like even tons of human interaction can replace another glider. There are plenty of people who do it though and their gliders are just fine, so, as long as it works I guess :P And thanks. I hate seeing how mistreated gliders are, even if on accident.

  • @CrasieKitten I totally agree. I had just one for a few months but I could tell he was unhappy. Very reclusive and resentful. I got another one as soon as I could and they're both pretty well adjusted now. I don't think I'll ever be able to hold the first one but they both like being pet as long as they're together in their pouch.

  • @Mrcastleskeep Just keep trying at it. When they're together in the pouch, gradually get to where you can put your hand in there with them, and just let it sit there. Then get to where you can pet the first one. Eventually try to be able to pouch the first one separately from the second one, and repeat the process. Then get to where you're holding him in your hand, but still in the pouch. At some point, he should let you take him out. Just be very patient and give it time.

  • @CrasieKitten Why not Pocket pets?

  • @bubblezpoprox because they are mill breeders who abuse their animals and make up lies to sell them. they kill the sugar gliders that will not sell ( and all of the other poor animals they mill breed and sell) by putting them in a bag, and dropping it in a freezer.

  • @RockinThaSoLows that's wierd. I wonder why the NASGA validates their site. I seriously doubt they would approve a company that does that...

  • @Gnarvazhog It's really sad, but mill breeders get approved all the time. There's puppy mills, horse mills, etc. I wonder, too, how they get approved, but it has to be through loopholes and by hiding their real procedures. It really is upsetting, but it's entirely true.

  • @bubblezpoprox Rockin is right. They're mill breeders and only in the business to make money. You can tell a breeder isn't safe if when you ask them to tell you about the animal, EVERYTHING they say is positive. They'll make it sound like the easiest and simplest thing in the world. A good breeder will give all the pros AND cons, so that you can make an educated decision of whether or not it's the right animal for you. Good breeders are concerned about the animal's welfare above all else.

  • @CrasieKitten y not buy it from pocket pets there asgl approved

  • @AZombieProduction thats a fake vet thats in bed with pocket pets

  • @RockinThaSoLows wha????

  • @AZombieProduction Sometimes places PocketPets get approved even when they shouldn't. It seems like it would impossible, but it happens all the time. I encourage you to do your own research if you're considering buying gliders. Forums are great, because you hear real owners' opinions and experiences instead of just the breeders'. Glider Gossip and Glider Central are two good ones.

  • @CrasieKitten places like PocketPets*

  • @CrasieKitten Why should you never have a ferret and a sugar glider?

  • @KibaAkamaruFan4Life Ferrets and sugar gliders are very similar, especially in that they're both master minds at finding their way out of places. Ferrets, however, will hunt a sugar glider. So what that adds up to is that, even if you keep them entirely separate and both safely in their habitats, if one or the other escapes and a sugar glider meets a ferret...well..it can be extremely bad news for the glider.

  • @CrasieKitten Oh, gosh. Scary image. Poor glider.

  • @CrasieKitten I bought my little guy from PocketPets and about 90% of what they said was wrong. They are there to make a profit and their sales pitch is misleading.

  • @Paigelosophy Yeah, they'll tell you anything to get you to buy a glider from them. They don't care what happens once the money is in their pocket.

  • @CrasieKitten Why not buy from pocketpets?

  • @MsSteelersFan21

Pocket pets is a disgusting mill, tonnes of people have gotten ill gliders off them that subsequently die. They sell gliders that are malnourished and too young to be seperated from their parents. Also, they spread fake infomation about how to look after sugar gliders. They are VERY difficult pets to care for, unlike Pocket Pets suggests.

  • @CrasieKitten vet says smaller cage acctually does better...just saying..

  • im getting one soon i cant wait :::)))

  • Tasty

  • you have to be carefull not to give them to many of them like couple a month since they are not good for them high in Fat and can cause them illness.Sugar Gliders cant tolerate fat in their bodies they get all kind of diseases and will die.

best ones are the medium or large meal worms:)

  • Is this true??? Oh my god. I bought 200 super worms for my sugar this afternoon. I was so happy to see him to have eaten 6 superworms cheerfully. what will I do?

  • I had a glider that i adopted and i gave him those for few months and he died of a kidney failure. He also got bit overweight. Its true that the gliders cant handle fat in their bodies and can die cause them diseases or kidney failure and death.

  • they are really fast

  • u can get them from breeders around u but they are a tuff pet 2 keep make sure they r the rite pet 4 u

  • where can you get them??

  • man how long did it take you to find it after that lol

  • how cute
