You hit a lot of the hair. Gotta be more careful with the brush size. I would have done something different with the lips. But I have only worked with photo shop so I have no idea how that would be done in Gimp. Also her eyes might need more iris going on in there, to create some dept. Otherwise I enjoyed watching it :) good job, I might get to photo shopping again... -Then again I'm lazy :P
