This patch is great, of course it does have its faults. The only big thing I want you to change is bass's buster rake attack, also the power of hellz rolling on bass xx to be higher on the next patch. Those are my only complaints and i'm glad to see that you come this far in your patches :)

Woot! Great update Tim! The chip changes were great, but I stil have some issues on the Navi movesets.

What happened to Protoman's 'desperate move', the Swords Dance. All his attacks seem easy to avoid to me, not to mention the damage is little.

Also, the Bass' need Buster Rake! To most players like me, a Bass with no Buster Rake is like a Bass with ALMOST no challenge factor.

I would use this patch but I dont have an emulator and I don't plan on getting it.

why wouldn't you just get an emulator? They waste like NO space whatsover, so why not? Plus you can use patches with ROMs, and you can hack ROMs, unlike real GBA cartridges. ;)
