The rocker give tremendous enertia advantage. The "fall" to the right is for balance as well as landing in a good defensive posture. Unusual style coupled with decent speed and good ball movement is sure to work well. Hope the sidearm through doesn't take its toll in time.though.

That is an illegal motion, the pitcher is not allowed to take a step back like that before his delivery. If you make this guy pitch the legal way he would suck, trust me I am a softball pitcher.

When I played Softbll this was called slingshot delvery. Herb Dudley and Weldon Haney were both masters of this style.

softball was started by men a long time ago.
i believe this style of pitching is called modified where you don't use a full circle motion.
Dudley was one of the best to pitch this style of modified pitching.

Men's Fastpitch distance is 46 feet. Ladies 43 feet.
I believe the record fastest pitch was 151 km/h (what's that 93-94 mph?)
So 3/4 the distance of baseball at nearly the same speed =
