OK i fixed the problem that everyone must be facing so here is the solution After entering the licence successfully do tick the launch maya2009 checkbox and click done Next then you must go to the folder FLEXlm which is located in your C: drive and drag aw.dat file to keygen.

And now finally open maya and your done enjoy guys :)

@skrage7 u must first drag the aw.dat to the keygen from the FLEXLM folder before opening the maya after entering the license...

help if ya can. The instructions say goto common utilities>flexlm license utilities> under "system settings" copy Ethernet address... but as soon as I clic on the "system settings" tab I get that msg. Why is that happening?? is there a work around?? Help??
