I don't turn in money unless I saw the person drop it or I know who it belongs to. I've turned in $100 before to customer service at a Wal-Mart and I'm pretty sure the lady kept it. So the dishonest person gets the $100 because I tried to help. I'm also a college student with no job so that $100 would've helped me a LOT.
