G'Day, so how can you get the riddle in Intensive treatment North I think its along the corridor when leaving I/T, the last one before you step on to the ledge overlooking East, you know, the ledge you get an achievement award!? I'm having a hell of a time locating it! Someone please help!

@MrGhostbuster396 In the Courtyard where the Batmobile is go to the entrance gate and right next to it there is a see saw with two hats, scan it.
