In the Rio Grande Valley (DEEP South Texas)-- McAllen, TX has 'Metropolis' (formerly Klub-X/OZONE) that still plays the new wave/goth on certain nights. These classics still spin!!!
Seriously, Houston was the spot. this shit wass on 93Q every night, and clubs like Netwerk, DV8, and decadence stayed on top of the new house, industrial, trance, techno, and alternative.
Good 4 you, Texans. I'm glad you like this music as well. Maybe now i'll visit Houston and remininsce with all of you. But i gotta give a big shout out to "MEDUSAS" in Chicago, the absolute greatest nightclub that catered New Wave/Alternative music to the fullest.

You think New York would of had the latest and greatest, not Houston My friends were always asking me to send them cassettes made by the dee-jays. Houston really was the shit back then. And I got to live it every weekend! Damn those were awesome days.
Temazo desdeluego, aunque no es hardcore; es New Beat, o technoBeat Belga como lo llaman algunos. De todas formas, tremendo, aunque no viviera la época, prefiero estos temas a la comercialidad de hoy en dia.

Umo Detic music is WAY better!!! If you have to compare it, it sounds a lot like Bigod 20 - because the same guys(s) were in both bands.
