  • that music dosent work with it

  • i love this sport have done it and will defo be trying again !!!

  • BUT CAN YOU DO IT ON ICE SKATES???

  • ya know, im a skier and ive hit 70 mph, but these people are crazy as hell, some guys would stand in the warming shack to warm their runners up and make em run faster (obviously not in competition) i would be taking sandpaper to my runners and pouring liquid nitrogen on them

  • looks like your neck would get sore!

  • @NotoriousX5 You're using an "ass" cam, because you're an ass LOL:)

  • Wow, great run!

  • freakin awesome! too bad we don't have this kind of sports here in portugal. i'll try it someday tho

  • i want to try this, it looks fun :D xx

  • well yeah its dangerous but even dangerous its the luge cuz its faster...

  • @ARMANDOPING well actually luge is slower but its harder to steer because your going feet first and skeleton is the safest of the 3 ice track sports

  • @leafsfan234 ACTUALLY luge is the fastest sliding sport. top speed is 159 in whistler. bobs only go 140-150. skeletons around there I think, but not as fast as luge. Lrn to wikipedia. Also, I do luge so I know. But you are right for the other two because if we dont steer RIGHT, then its ouch time. It doesn't help that when we look we lose speed. Also, Luge is the most dangerous because of that. In a related note, my topspeed is 132 kph in whistler. Check my helmet cam (actually bodycam)

  • @pinkfantasy00 maybe. think about that. the neck is very sensitive. if you crash in to the wall...my god! how type of exercise do this guys?

  • @pinkfantasy00 I don't know but it just looks soooo wrong!

  • @pinkfantasy00 yea. a guy died practicing just before the olympics started this year. think about it. if you fuck up and go off track, your head will hit something going over 60 mph.

  • hey whats the difference between this and luge/bobsledding

  • Skeleton is Face First, Luge is Feet first on your back.

Bobsleigh is usally 2 people and their in a big sled thats covered.

  • @RzyxRS Yah I knew what bobsledding and luge were, just didnt know the difference between luge and Skeleton (skeletons face first). aiight thanks

  • awesome video, in the shadows u can see the tripod.. seems dangerous but hopefully it breaks easy, wouldnt want a bad wipeout to be your last!

  • must be bad for their necks

  • Its a midgit sitting on his back recording this.... I seen it all the time :P

  • hahahahahaha....!!!!!

  • My god I be scared out my wits trying this the most I would get on is a roller coaster. I give poeple credit for this especially to be skill to do this wow

  • yeap but when we all are learning.. that sucks!! haha cuz sometimes you go to fast or make a wrong move and then you are on the other side of the line u suppose to be and then u star to get crazy...

  • yuhuuuuuu!!!! 100% adrenaline

  • Thats Brutal!

  • Well then thats real fast!

hey their brains have to process information so fast in order to stay on track

  • no i don't luge in calgary i do Skeleton in Whistler tho. I was going to do the driver training for Skeleton but i've been sick most of november with pneumonia so i don't have any energy to do the training. Next winter there is 2 driver traning rather then just the one this year. Next year tho i hope i'm not sick or injured and can do the training!

  • Would it be possible to go down bobsleigh track with speed skating ice skates?

  • no you would have too much control

  • its being done in Quebec Canada but not on Bobsleigh tracks as they are way to fast but tracks simular to bobsleigh tracks.

  • actually.... not ice skates, but i've seen some videos that they use normal skates of course just in summer when the track its just concret

  • Tell me. What kind of "helmet" cam can you see your head on?

  • this one obv

  • mmmm... you can see at the shadows that the cam are over the sled or something.. im not sure.. of course this is not a helmet cam haha

  • Is this sped up?

  • Nope cause i just went on the Whistler track doing Luge and even though i started about 3 or 4 cornors away from the end i still got up to 70-80km/h and if you start from the start you can get up to 150km/h on a lufe or skeliton so no i don't think its sped up

  • Wow! thanks for the information!

  • Ahi esta Pablo! Lo prometido es deuda jajajajaa...!!!!!
