PBSOKO- The suggested flow rate is 1.5 GPM per collector, the temp rise is going to depend on the amount of radiation available. Full sun 5-6 degree temp rise.
Okay, when is the flow rate test? Your pool is going to be pumping cold water through this panel; I need to know flow rate, temp input, and temp output and end.... let me know when you get that data and you'll have my business.
Who wants to get out of a pool in 40 degree weather?! Wrong technology for the application. As Solar Hall of Fame inductee Tom Lane once said, "you can freeze a banana to 200 degrees below zero and hammer in a nail, but isn't it easier to buy a hammer?"
@AquathermSPH- No one wants to get in or out of a pool in 40 degree weather. The video was meant to demonstrate the capabilities of evacuated tubes to produce and retain heat when the ambient temperatures far below the pool temps. Pool owners have been desperate for a solar heater that can produce heat in the spring and the fall, when the day time temperatures are in the 60-70's and the desired pool temps are in the 80's, Right technology for customer with these types of applications.

Dan Rojas says you can get the same effect by putting black panels on the bottom of your pool if your pool gets direct sun.
