Anyways, kinda funny how a Laugh's fan brings up the past when their team and franchise overall are one of the biggest jokes of the league presently, and especially when their future is bleak at best.

hmm weird....i know this is an all star game and its suppose to be "fun" and all but both Eric Staal and Lidstorm lost a lot of respect from me...Staal for making the unnecessary joke and Lidstorm for waiting 5 hours to announce kessel pick and he didn't even announce it....he just stood there he didn't even want him....i think kessel got embarrased enough why did lidstorm prolong it... wow....

@leafsforlife26 i think your wrong. Lidstroms a classy guy. It wasent that he didnt wamt him, its that kane didnt want him. lidstrom just wanted pat to announce it. Again, yea patrick waited way to long and it probobly was embarrasing but if read a little about lidstrom. Hes not a young kid in the nhl, hes probobly the classiest hockey player in the nhl. :)

@bowdring123 you might want to watch the video again. Patrick Kane is the one who made the actual announcement whereas lidstrom was just standing there, he didn't even budge from his spot, Kane took it upon himself to make the decision. I never said Lidstrom was classless, i just said i never expect Lidstrom to just stand there and not make the selection. and btw i think i know enough about to know that he's a future hall of famer but the move on his part really suprised me.

@leafsforlife26 sorry i didnt think i was in english class but if you watched the entire draft, lidstrom only made a few announcements so just because he didnt anounce kessel who is an all around great player, doesnt mean he was a dick about it. If anything, kaner was a little sarcastic saying we're happy with our last pick in the draft but thats just how it came off to me. Kaner and louis announced many more picks then lidstrom.

that was really bad lol...he was a good sport and took it in stride but lets be honest, inside he was thinking "this is fucking embarassing" and giving him a shitty honda at the end of it, a car he could probably buy 100 of, just adds insult to injury. Leafs are my team but they just suck at life right now haha
