For any megacity the problem of reduction of emission of the fulfilled gases cars is very important. It is time to study at Japan and to do ecologically pure electromobiles.
It is difficult for a big city like Moscow to have a high level of ecology, but i do'nt think introducing a new type of "green" car would solve the problem.Will be better i believe for people to try to use bicycles more, like people are doing in Holland or China.

Frankly, I don't believe these new types of vehicles will be used in Moscow in a couple of years let alone the rest of Russia
