i think gat did die but not the original probably a clone, as we seen from oleg cloning is possible and dex is still alive so this could add to a motive, i also noticed that the original gat had tattoos on around his neck that one didnt... just an opinion

ok get this a dlc is coming out called "the trouble with clones", so maybe the saints try to clone Johnny Gat but something goes wrong and they get a bunch of abominactions that rune loose on Steel Port. Johnny is dead. Period. It was only a matter of time before he got himself killed. He was one of my favorite characters in the series, but come on, his death was obvious, he appears as a zombie in the game, the main focus of the first half of the story is bc of his death, there are multiple clues and hidden easter eggs resulting in his death. *SPOILER* At the end of the "Gangsta's In Space" mission when you choose to free Shaundi and Viola (continued in the response to this post)
@thakrazykid24 you do in fact see him. However, it is assumed that the filming of the movie was taken place before Gat had died. Upon entering a vehicle and listening to any radio station after completing the mission, you hear Jane Valderama say along the line of this: "We do not know who will be replacing the part of the late Johnny Gat". there's more than enough evidence pointing at his demise. So everyone needs to get over it. The only way I see him coming back is if Volition gets hatemail.
@TheKeirens I'd love to see how they would pull off Johnny being alive still. If I was Volition, I'd make it to where those gunshots was him being shot at, and they hit the intercom instead of Gat. Then Gat would've went down with the plane, and kinda like the protagonist with the boat explosion in SR1, go into a coma and get taken into custody. And if there's a 4th one, make it where you find all of that out in the very beginning of the game. But that's just how I'd do it.

Here's the deal. Johnny is dead in Saints Row The Third. Listen to the 2nd mission the whole time well. You will get to that scene with the gun shots u hear. Also the crashed plane is not Johnny Gats

What I think is the whole game/story of SR3 was a big movie everyone was a actor. Ok, There is a DLC coming out that says "trouble with clones," which has to do with Oleg, and there MAY be a DLC coming out that will be the longest DLC in saints row, With Gat coming back and you follow through in side missions, where you take out Killbane with Johnny. this is only a rumor, but a reliable on.

during the cockpit in the second mission if you listen to the intercom you'll hear Phillipe tell one of the henchmen not to kill johnny. And you lost connection with him from the intercom BUT when you go back to the plane into the pilot and cockpit you dont see Johnny's dead corpse or anything. and after the mission you dont see johnnys dead corpse either.just phillipe with the Twin Sisters talking to Miller and Killbane. and his zombie corpse has no speculation of how he could have died.

Johnny is dead. Period. It was only a matter of time before he got himself killed. He was one of my favorite characters in the series, but come on, his death was obvious, he appears as a zombie in the game, the main focus of the first half of the story is bc of his death, there are multiple clues and hidden easter eggs resulting in his death. *SPOILER* At the end of the "Gangsta's In Space" mission when you choose to free Shaundi and Viola (continued in the response to this post)

@thakrazykid24 you do in fact see him. However, it is assumed that the filming of the movie was taken place before Gat had died. Upon entering a vehicle and listening to any radio station after completing the mission, you hear Jane Valderama say along the line of this: "We do not know who will be replacing the part of the late Johnny Gat". there's more than enough evidence pointing at his demise. So everyone needs to get over it. The only way I see him coming back is if Volition gets hatemail.

@TheKeirens I'd love to see how they would pull off Johnny being alive still. If I was Volition, I'd make it to where those gunshots was him being shot at, and they hit the intercom instead of Gat. Then Gat would've went down with the plane, and kinda like the protagonist with the boat explosion in SR1, go into a coma and get taken into custody. And if there's a 4th one, make it where you find all of that out in the very beginning of the game. But that's just how I'd do it.

Here's the deal. Johnny is dead in Saints Row The Third. Listen to the 2nd mission the whole time well. You will get to that scene with the gun shots u hear. Also the crashed plane is not Johnny Gats

What I think is the whole game/story of SR3 was a big movie everyone was a actor. I mean seriously that's the only thing I can think of Volition just killed the face of Saints Row my theory is the whole story was a movie in devolopment. Ok, There is a DLC coming out that says "trouble with clones," which has to do with Oleg, and there MAY be a DLC coming out that will be the longest DLC in saints row, With Gat coming back and you follow through in side missions, where you take out Killbane with Johnny. this is only a rumor, but a reliable on.

during the cockpit in the second mission if you listen to the intercom you'll hear Phillipe tell one of the henchmen not to kill johnny. And you lost connection with him from the intercom BUT when you go back to the plane into the pilot and cockpit you dont see Johnny's dead corpse or anything. and after the mission you dont see johnnys dead corpse either.just phillipe with the Twin Sisters talking to Miller and Killbane. and his zombie corpse has no speculation of how he could have died.
