Its only safe when its in swimming pools because its so diluted, in the bottle it is unsafe but still isn't at full concentrate.

Pure chlorine which is a gas, if too much is inhaled can convert the water in your body into acid. It was used in world war 1 and the iraq war in the form of bombs.

So try to avoid that stuff, very dangerous in both liquid and gas form :P
