u r right about the fake ones because of the carrying case, the way bose is written on the bottom, and the ones with the hard packaging are viewed in the box in the carrying case

But you heard them and they sound

What made you conclude that they were fake? How did the Bose dealer know? The packaging? Serial number? Did the Bose dealer even listen to them? What's the difference?

@minusxblind I'm sorry to break it to you, but I owned the real and fake Bose On ear, and for price:sound quality ratio, the fakes are better. The sound quality on the real ones are of course better, but they are 3x more expensive!
Are u sure those are fake cause at best buy I seen them in the packaging that's on the left and at Target they were packaged like the ones on the right.
