I have the same problem as that pencil. My brother hates me watching n drawing cartoons n an old man was aggressive and used them to make me feel stupid for being slow with my homework. Thats why I don't go to an animation colleage in Ireland. Sometimes I want to break down n cry cause I feel ashamed of my gift. Especially when I don't have anyone in my community that relates to my feelings.
You shouldnt feel ashamed about your gift, if you have a talent you should relish it and do things this to make it better, THe people around you are just a bunch of unsupportive a**holes who dont understand who you are
