He is talking about the meaning of Octahedron, about the fact that you can not know about somebody because he is being kipnapped, dead or maybe you just dont know were a person could be (he talks about the narcotics retaliation in Mexico).

Apparently, the singer of Many Street Preachers (Richie James Edwards) disappeard. Omar uses his case to show clearly his point of view.
