The star is a symbol of equilibrium. positive and negative coming together to create balance. it's within this equilibrium (space) that all matter is radiated into existance. Saturn actually has a hexagon in its upper hemisphere. It is not an evil symbol but rather an ancient symbol of creation that has been forgotten over time. Creation is dualistic, it is made from two opposite forces that manifest within a third plane of equilibrium. good and evil are co-creators of the universe.
....so Basically "Christians" are following Satan & their names' are NOT in the "Book of Life"? I guess that means mine is?
LOL...this is TRUELY entertaining.
Don't know which is funnier...the people who believe in Gods of ANYKIND, people who believe that Satan is Jesus, or people who believe Satan is an interplanetary Space Ghost/Alien.
This stuff cracks me up.
BTW, thought it was found that 616 is the Number of the Beast..or is that a conspiracy too?
Ninurta was associated with Saturn, this is true. But Ninurta was not associated with Satan. There as no link whatsoever between Satan and Saturn, except for the fact they are spelt similarly. It's like saying the word God derives from the word Cod, therefore all religions worship a fish. It's ridiculous. In Sumerian mythology, Ninurta was considered a hero, not a demon or a force for evil.
@VideoDracula You just don´t see it, do you. Both names originated in the same area, in the same era. Language was mostly phonetical in those days. So you should think more in sound then in letters. You should be looking at how close the words are phonetically. And all you do is talking about the words. The point of this vid are HIS ATTRIBUTES! But you just keep on ignoring every question I asked you concerning that. Why is it called ´the Star of David´? Is it then?
@EdjeBos The hexagram is called the Star of David only in the Judaism faith. it was not used in church architecture until Christian architects, began to accept the notion that the Star of David is an old Jewish sign. In Christianity it is often called the star of creation.
The Bible does not mention the Star of David, and the hexagram has no link, symbolically or literally to Christianity.
@EdjeBos Also, saying the language was mostly phonetical is absolute bullshit. The Greeks, Hebrews and Romans were considered the most advanced civilisations of there times, and took they're alphabet very seriously. Also, the original pronunciation of the word Satan sounds NOTHING like Saturn, so you are wrong on that as well.
@VideoDracula We will continue our conversation when you've answered the question. Good luck. If you have any questions during your research, let me know.
@EdjeBos If your question is "Why is it called the Star Of David?" Then I can answer that.
The Star of David originates from the Shield of David, which was the title of the God of Israel. It is first used in a Jewish manuscript where a hexagram is attributed to the Ancient King David.
@VideoDracula Paganism has both good and evil characters, yet even the deemed good characters are evil and fiction. all lies are from satan. i think people are taking this too seriously and focusing on negative things.
@VideoDracula They don't worship 'Saturn'. Saturn is an anagram. You know, etymology. The word has changed over times and cultures. But the meaning didn't. Saturn is just a symbolic representation of Satan/Lucifer. The point this vid makes is that Satan is depicted in many forms through history. But always carries the same attributes. I understand why you laughed. Non-thinkers are generally very easy amused. But you dismiss this and turn to Wikipedia? (chuckle..)
@EdjeBos Saturn is in no relation, symbolically or anagramically. Saturn is named after, as said in the video, the Roman god of Harvest.
Satan, who was 'created' well after Saturn was given its name was in charge of tempting humans in order to banish them to hell when they give in.
Saturday is named after Saturn. Not Satan.
Satan is depicted in religion because every religion is based upon the same concept; be good or you will be punished. Every religion has a 'punisher'.
@VideoDracula The name Satan was indeed ´created´ after Saturn, because it derived from the word Saturn. The point this video makes is that it doesn´t matter how you call him. His attributes are the same through all religions. You really need to understand why the RC Church incorporates all the pagan religions of the world, yet claims to be Christian.
@VideoDracula You need to check your timelines. I know you trust Wikipedia, so why don't you look up Ninurta. The oldest mention of Satan or Ha-Satan is as you know from the Book of Job. The Sumerian seals are much older then the oldest mention of Satan. The link between Ninurta, Saturn ánd the hexagram/hexagon is hereby established as being ancient. And when you look at the unchanging attributes ot this Saturn-god through history and various religions, I believe the conclusion is evident.

What he meant was the "IMAGE" was not the true God!
It's already in the Ten Commandments but why these people still worship such icons, sculptures, images, etc. . .

I actually laughed.
How ironic...

The hexagram has NOTHING to do with Saturn!
Because the sun was originally defined as a planet, Saturn was the 7th Planet not the 6th, proving your 6,6,6,6,6,6,6 theory totally wrong!
I HIGHLY suggest even looking at the wikipedia page on the Hexagram if you honestly believe all the religions in the world worship Saturn...

@EdjeBos Wrong again! The word Satan is from Hebrew origin. The word Saturn is from Roman origin, and was actually called Kronos by the Greeks.
Satan is literally translated from Hebrew into "obstruct" or "oppose".
Contrary to popular belief Satan is in NO WAY connected to Saturn. The first mention of Satan is Ha-Satan, or 'The opposer', when translated.

Well now we know why Christians stole the traditions of "Saturnalia" & called it Christmas! ;p
