thats called a taunt kill ;-)

just take the heavys fists and press g while pointing on someone who stands still

and then you "pow" him to dead

Sort of. It's a taunt kill called "Showdown" that you can use if you have the Fists (not KGB) equipped.

As for the second question, I'm no TF2 expert, so I couldn't say.

TF2 has nobot-function, you can create bots but they can't do anything unless you tell them to do. And the POW-finger is a weapon, just press G.

yes you can go offline against bots, you create your own server, you put in the console (click ` ) sv_cheats one and type in bot or something of the sort.

It's tf_add_bot (and these ones are optional and you don't have to put them all at once) (number of bots) (class) (team) They only work in koth_sawmill, koth_viaduct, and koth_nucleus. There's a way to make them work on other CP-related maps, if any of you wants to know just ask me.

I remember when I got my first taunt-kill with the heavy. The match ended in a draw and everyone spawned as a heavy. Got two taunt-kills that night. Then there was that time I was a pyro and my team lost, I hid behind a rock and nailed an enemy spy with a hadouken...
