There's a way to jump on the last platform:

1) Go to the fourth platform

2) Wait until you've reached the highest for the fourth platform and the fifth platform is lower than the fourth platform

3) Jump and land on the last platform

For the people who cant get in the volcano you have to wait till the second to last platform gets to the top then when the last one starts going down jump on it. YOUR WELCOME :)
