i got one of these free runs great no problems but my ski is a 1990 yamaha superjet .. but annywase is their anything done to your 550 as in hull reinforcement
sweet ski. you should widen the hull a little bit and make your own foot holds. I did it to mine and nearly doubled the space in the tray. see you in the surf!
so does that hull design give you what you need? I am looking at an 88 550 right now and was worried it wouldn't be enough but seems you got plenty. What gas do you run with the high comp head?

You should part out that 550 and get a superjet. I'm sure you can get a heavily modded square or a basic roundie with all the money.
