I figured the siren out. First practice the high F( 2 and a half ledger lines about the bass clef) in 4th position. Then slowy slide in. If you do it right you should end on an Ab in first.

The blue on the trombone is spray paint. Literally a painted trombone.

The European siren sound is a tritone lip slur.

Gotta say it cracks me up reading these posts to see people arguing about some college kids playing Cops. It is nothing to be taken so serious. And before you start flaming me, yes I can say that about the video because I am in it.

i'm pretty sure the siren is the high D in fourth position to the high F in first. or it could be a B(natural) fourth position to the high F. I'm not completely sure so if i'm wrong i'm sorry. but you can just try until you think you found the right one.
