She had so much talent, so very sweet and funny. I miss her so much, when I watched the Tribute videos, I cried like a baby, Gilda will never be extinguish fom my heart and soul.

Gilda inspired me back in 1979/1980 when I did an impression of her. I just revived doing her again many years later. I hope I've done her justice using my own material. You can find me on you tube, Roseanne Roseannadanna by impressionist Sharon Daniels.

I remember seeing a bit on SNL that Steve Martin was hosting. Steve had just gotten the news of Gilda's death; his voice was breaking and there were tears in his eyes. He showed a sketch where he and Gilda were ballroom dancing; it was such a lovely tribute to her. (I can see a still from that in your own tribute.)

What a sweet tribute, nicely done WF. I'm 52, I can recall every photo, every skit and every painful night after laughing so hard our sides would hurt. We sat out by a guy's pool, with the TV outside, so we could watch SNL. It was our routine, get high and drink a little and watch SNL. Thank you Gilda, thank you SNL and thank you Gene for sharing Gilda with the world...she was a special star, that will shine forever. She still makes me laugh, some 30 years later. :-)

Gilda was neither saint or sinner, she was a human with a special gift to make us laugh until we cried. If Life is about getting the most out of it, Gilda sure did. And the world was a better place during her short time here. Rest in peace. We will miss you always.

Hi I liked Gilda on S.N.L. realy could make me laugh. also, a fan of her & Gene together

in their movies. I liked, all 3 but, my fav was "Haunted Honeymoon" I rented it. bought it.& never fails every time its on the tv. I watch. Too bad her & Gene didnt get a chance to do more funny movies & or romance? she would have been 61 this year. thanks for sharing these memories.

My mother was excited last week to see that Haunted Honeymoon came on the satellite. I was disappointed when she let us know three hours later that it had come on.
