Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I like all types of music, and singers, from operatic to gritty blues. I can appreciate a beautiful, technically excellent voice, but sometimes I just need a singer and a voice that "talks to me", and hits me like real life, which maybe isn't always so beautiful or technically perfect. I think Amy had that rare ability to put so much of her own "ups and downs" into her musical voice. That's my opinion. As for her personal life? I don't judge.
