sorry dude but there is a higher point than

that go to the place were you fight kesler and go up a building that looks

like the empire state building and keep

climbing until you get to a kind of spire and climb up the grid until you get to the top and jump up on the tip oh and you find a blast shard and if you look at the giant rubish pile your just higher than it it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!­!!!!!!!!

I 1st saw Billy's Vid than Newbe's reply, I got there allright.. but when I Jumped doen with shock effects n all he bumped into a rock ON THE GROUND so the effect wore off :)
