I work in Pizza Hut. And quite frankly all this stuff about poor hygeine standards is a load of crap. We wash our hands constantly because some of the things you get on your hands start to irritant after a while. Plus sometimes you have to sacrifice looks for speed...especially when your having to make a pizza every 10-15 seconds. Also after all of this it goes through a 480 degree oven.

Why rush it? She is producing an inferior pizza because she is rushing it and not doing it properly. Domino's already charges so much for its Pizza at least give the customers a good pizza and not just a low quality rushed one. Put a decent amount of cheese on, space the toppings properly, put a decent amount of the toppings on, don't just grab some and randomly throw them on the pizza and not even bother to space them apart nicely. Terrible employee, she should be sacked.

To Dominos- YOU REALLY need to install DVR cameras in your kitchens and actively monitor the activities of your employees. Regardless of whether its franchised or not, its your name. I've been working at my Domino's store for over a year. We do NOT move that fast, nor are we expected to. We try to keep each pizza under a minute, but...this is insane! Kind of messy pizzas too. Our make line is much neater.

Also, we don't wear gloves because we cook our pizzas for 6-8 minutes at 450 degrees, a temperature that kills all bacteria. Subway or other places wear gloves cuz their food is directly eaten cold. Most places make your food without gloves, just deal with it.

Domino's does their own health inspections, on top of the city inspections, and there is A LOT of work put into keeping their stores clean. Not to mention the pizzas go through a 500 F oven . . .
