What came to light after Colin Powell several generals, congress etc. were duped was that Rumsfeld and Cheney engineered the war through deception. Cheney refused to accept Tennent's (CIA and friend of Powell) report of no Al-Quaeda, no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Eventually Tennent was induced to lie to Powell and others. The homeless in major cities is growing rapidly 3.5 million at last count. The rich are doing OK while the middle class is treading water. The real estate market is not helping.
