Wow...Well, I guess barbizon isn't for everyone, but as a student...graduating today...I loved it. I loved meeting everyone there, from the teachers to all of the students, they give you opportunities to live your dream. I, myself, do not act like a ditz, I do not need to be snobby, and I surely do in fact use my brain.. It's important to have an opinion and it looks as if this is yours, but just be warned...everything you're portraying this school to be is completely false.

I'm just gonna comment and say uh I started barbizon in May. It's a CLASS, not an agency and they're not promising any agencies or any jobs you'll be getting. I paid almost 2,000 for my classes and I'm paying 900 to go into the barbizon competition, and the reason you have to pay so much for the competition is because they're flying in different big-time agencies to be there. It's expensive,but it's an expensive industry to be in. If this is what you want then this is good to take.
The reason I want to be a model is because I had a rare type of Scoliosis... Im still a virgin... and I WANT to show girls that beauty is NOT just about looks and money... Its not just about what's on the outside.. It's about personality and who you are. These girls are making models look stupid.. You girls really need to grow the heck up!

okay this video is very offensive to me. i graduated from barbizon, i went there because i thought it would be fun and i did learn stuff, but being a model isnt anything like how you're acting in this video. we're people too and not me or a single person in my class are stupid nor do we act anything like that, and on top of modeling i'm also in the navy in the nuclear propulsion program because i score high in math in science.
This was just stupid. First of all, i went to Barbizon and....yeah it was a lot of money, but it was worth it. For girl's who desire to become a model it's definitely a great experience. Just because you didn't go doesn't mean you should make all models seem like complete idiots. Not everyone who attends the classes get what you ignorant people call "discovered". I'm not ashamed to say that i'm one of those people who didn't, but the things i learned from Barbizon helped me to be Miss Teen Indy
