the FHP is now just finding out what almost every other Law Enforcement agency has already known. Wow only in Florida where money and time was wasted on things that are already known. Red and Blue lights is a no brainer.

Pretty cool, but I would have done all red on the bottom level and all blue on the top level, so that 1) it looks better than having them at mixed levels and 2) blue lights appear to be lower than other colors because the shape of cars' windshields refracts different colors of light differently.
