  • 0:08 red angel ...

  • I miss the old Band but The New Band Was the first band i seen :)

  • JASIN TODD

  • Damn, he knows to rock the crowd!! \m/\m/

  • Shinedown, in my eyes, is the absolute greatest band that ever was. Their lyrics, beat and just utter passion behind their songs makes then fuckin amazing. I for years have tried to share their greatest with others. Whenever I need i need a song to express the way I feel in ways no other band can i always turn to Shinedown. Fucking greatness!

  • @Charlie8417 I agree with every word you just said

  • man, i love this performance!!!

  • amazing

  • wish i was there <3

  • 1:43 <3

  • if this doesnt get ur blood flowin and u dont see it for the amazin performance it is then thats the only flaw i see. like he says at the end, THIS. IS. ALL. I. AM!!!

  • I LOVE SHINEDOWN!!!!!!!

  • This is an amazing band, fucking

    love them live :)

  • Shinedown at their best!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIVE! No edited studio crap.

  • This is the only album from them I love, but this is the second track live I've looked up on here, (Crying Out was the other) and apparently he chooses not to sing his music the way he does on the album. He sounds terrible, like he can't hit the notes. I know vocalists tend to change up the vocal melodies a little bit live, but when it hardly sounds like what people are expecting to hear off the album, it's not good. Not to mention it's hard to pull off some of this without a second guitar.

  • @MrDontplaydead27 yes, i completely agree.

  • They kicked ass in this performance, but his singing was a bit too fast.

  • Great song. Love the band............ But what the is up with 45? Acoustic version is great though.

  • 'This songs deadicated to your self respect' fucking amazing.

  • why cant they make music like this anymore, their latest stuff is too polished and ballad like, long live leave a whisper, one of the best rock albums ever made

  • @garryrequiem Nothing wrong with ballads, granted, still not as awesome as stuff like this, but its still pretty fricken good

  • shame that ain't coming to London lately :(

  • this band is badass

  • Leave A Whisper was their most powerful album, Us And Them was very good but it was rushed. Brent and Barry both agreed on that in an interview, and The Sound Of Madness is their most personal album. They're all amazing in my book.

  • Personally I rank their albums as

    Leave A Whisper- best

    Sound of Madness-2nd place

    Us and Them-3rd place

All three are good albums, but Leave a Whisper definitely had the most solid, memorable songs

  • @DragonlanceFan

    I don't agree with you

I Think Us and Them is the best one!

the songs are amazing, save me for example or begin again........

(carried away & break are good too^^)

the second one would definitely be Leave A Whisper,

'No More Love' is my favourite song by Shinedown so.... ^^

but i'm a bit disappointed in The Sound of Madness, I mean it's a good album but without Jasin & Brad... It's not the same :(

  • @SeKtEnMuZiK I agree.

  • Saw these guys live they kicked ass! Gave the lead singer a high 5 too!

  • I was at this show, it was one of the best shows I have ever been to. I saw them recently at The House of Blues again. They are still great but it just wasnt the same without Jasin

  • Yeh i totally agree. the first album was so epic, solid riffs and the best vocals from brent so far. us & them was was ok, a bit mellow and the sound of madness is just so commercial.

  • thank you. finally somebody else feels the same as me. sound of madness was shit.

  • шикарно как всегда)

  • Shinedown's only flaw is that they just can't top their first album. Which isn't saying much as their first album was probably one of my favorite rock albums of this decade.

  • couldnt have said it better!

i hate how they've changed. i hate to say it, but they've sold out, which is a massive shame. making a soundtrack for alice in wonderland? jeez.

  • @thisIStheARTofRUIN Hated SoM album, but their song on the Alice In Wonderland soundtrack had amazing vocals.

  • @ahmadWR200M they also need to let go of simple man, brent promised tours ago that he would not play it anymore since nick perri was the only reason they started playing it

  • @MmaTrent Jasin Todd was the reason they started playing it. He was the original guitarist. The one in the video. But your right, its very different from the way it was, and in my personal opinion, it was strongest back then.

  • @ahmadWR200M i know i miss there old songs so much1

  • @ahmadWR200M Yeah their old original line up was so much better

  • @ahmadWR200M your sick..!!! Sound of Madness is fucking great!

  • @TheJohnnyBrock It most definitely is. I never said it wasn't. I just think that Leave A Whisper was better, and it'll be extremely difficult for Shinedown to come out with a better album then that one.

  • @ahmadWR200M

What?! The sound of madness is by far their best album, it's definitely the best album I've ever heard

  • @ahmadWR200M their first album was awesome! good call!

  • @ahmadWR200M yeah, I think the fact that they lost a guitarist, I know one at least, and Brent also changed a lot. He spoke up in at least one interview about some drug/narcotic addiction of his, and then spoke of his rehab and him quitting it. A lot of people refer to it as his red hair stage, when he was on some form of drugs. Again, my opinion and what I have heard, but I could be wrong. But in save me, one verse refers to taking away pills.

  • @ahmadWR200M

    heey ahmad ,,,, how u doin ,,

this song is great ,, am a big fon of shinedown too ,,

do u know where can i find this song mp3 ,,,

    وشكرا

  • @ahmadWR200M I'd say Sound of Madness is the best. The 1st one was just a wonderment, but SoM has so much emotion and power in it.

  • @ahmadWR200M Actually I like Sound of Madness a lot more than Leave a Whisper. It's something different and I like more songs off of it than Whisper. But hey, that's just my opinion.

  • @CheckOutMyNixon A lot of people think that the new lineup was the "Shinedown" that wrpte sound of madness..which is how they back not enoying it. But in reality, the original lineup is what recorded sound of madness.

  • @Xfacta12482 I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think even the old band recorded Sound of Madness. I remember Brent or Barry said they had like tech guys and substitutes fill in for their missing positions at the time. Plus, Brad (original bassist) was out of the band before they even went to the studio to record. And Jasin left during the recording. Though, it is possible he still recorded some stuff.

  • if you havnt seen this band in concert i do sugest you go and see them good stage show and hes realy fan orientated. and hes very pasionate about what he does.

  • i seen them at BRC on Dec 16th XD they were pretty cool

  • fucken LOVE Shinedown!!! get to see them live FEB. 1ST!!!!!! can't wait<3333

  • I am not perfect and I don't claim to be

And if that's what you wanted

    Well then I'm so sorry

  • How about a better version of me?

    ^.^

  • brent is the best front man of our time you two below are tards..........

  • What are you talking about? He's one of the few who sounds just as good (or better) live as he does in studio.

  • I agree whole heartedly, barry kerch is the only one left in the band and i told him that fri at summerfest!!!

  • Anyone going to the Great American Rib off in cleveland to see 'em?

  • "metal up your ass"?

None of those bands are metal...

  • I just followed the chain letterrs .

  • I'm pretty sure Disturbed is metal...

  • My bad man...An earlier poster on a shinedown video had it posted and I decided to post because it had Shinedown in it.

I wasn't trying to offend anyone. Shinedown just rocks.

  • "I just followed the chain letterrs ."

Posting chain letters makes you an ass. Shinedown is good, so why don't you keep the videos of them free of unnecessary spam?

Those percentages are idiotic, where are all the other genres?, Rock, Metal, Rap and Pop are not all that teens listen to.

Know who started that chain letter? A kid or a troll.

  • Magot I posted that months ago. Let it go dude. I've already took responsibility for it and apologized for the lack of judgement here.

Let sleeping dogs lie and stop beating a dead horse.

  • I did not realize the date while I was replying.

  • It's all good dude.

  • chain letters are for fags

  • as I've said, My bad. I wasn't trying to offend or piss anyone off. I' a Shinedown fan and I saw it on another video.

  • I love Shinedown they are awesome and have meaningful lyrics I can relate to :)

  • holy shit jasin todd is a badass guitarist go to 1:42-1:47...thats insane plus brent's voice when he says "But the design is all mine" wow

jasin needs to come back...could someone tell me why he even left??

  • I dont think anybody knows but new shinedown is shit compared to old shinedown like this

  • I agree. the first 2 albums will never compare to anything they will ever make.

  • yeah, the new album is crap compared to the old ones, and hopefully jasin (maybe brad) will come back eventually.

  • They had so much raw energy. They were amazing!!! I wish that would happen...but I don't think it ever will.. Check out Brad's new band Society Red....Jasin just played with Soil a couple of weeks ago!!!! I wish someone would post that video......

  • yeah society red is pretty good. and Brad's in Amaru also. And there was a rumor that Jasin was gonna join SOiL.

  • I don't know if Jasin is going to join the band but I do know that he played with them.

  • yeah, he did put pics playing with them on his myspace

  • I left comments on your home page!! I see that you like Skid Row too!!!!

  • Even though both Jasin and Brad are amazing. The new bassist Eric is very talented and multi-talented at that. So I don't think they'd replace him unless he left.

  • yes Eric is very amazing plus he has his own studio. I just know that Jasin wrote a lot of the songs on The Sound of Madness, so i don't know how the new album is gonna be

  • That's why they have been on tour for two yrs..........

  • totally agreed, they were so much heavier back then and brent has totally lost his voice lol

  • @AustioOfficial jasin's not coming back, so forget it

and yea older albums were better, but the new album is better received, they'll finally get the fanbase they deserve hopefully

  • yeah i know that, and i dont care so much, but their new album is very good, and as long as they are good i dont care who's in the band

  • and whats worse is the people who only know second Chance...and never even listened to any of their other songs and still call themselves fans

  • I know what you mean, I know a bunch of people who are like "oooh ya i love shinedown" and im like dude, you only have heard one of their songs...

  • I agree with that.

  • Drugs and a rough divorce. Atlantic Records let him go.

  • brent smith is so sexyy!!

  • this gave me chills!! fuckin amazing ... i knew brent was good but i did not know how truly great he is

  • Please Androfski upload the song FromThe Inside of this concert,if you can of course....

  • fucking fit song!!

  • the lead singer is hot

  • CCCOOOOLLLLLL!!!!

  • Awasom
