Johnathan browning as a fellow Brit i would love to know your advice on why my brand new 2012 has soooooo many problems! its been in the dealership more than i have had a chance to drive it because of all the problems. cant seem to get any really answers from vw customer service or dealership in. I am now in Florida and was always under the impression when in the UK VW had a great reputation. This was my dream car, waited so long for them to bring one out like the original. Im so dissapointed !

I'm sorry but this has nothing to do with the original beetle concept. It hasn't a rear air cooled engine, most people can't aford it, it's not a family car and it's nothing but a golf with a mini cooper/porshe looking. It's pretty no doubt, but you can't say it's a good tribute to the original beetle.

I'm pretty happy with the small design changes. Overall, it still has a majority of the look of the 1998-2011 beetle, but It lost some of that cute "bubble car" styling in exchange for more sporty coupe styling.
