it was always hard for me to focus on high power! For some reason on high power the light seemed to get very dark, and i was unable to locate the paramecium!

maybe you must change the amount of light adjust it. and maybe the reason was on the microscope.

Thank you, i found out that the high power objective was somehow loosened.
