For your first Back flip did you start by going on a trampoline or training in a specific area ? or you basically just attempted one and then started training off of that trick and trying to get better as you go ? I did trampoline for about 2 years and gymnastics for 1 year and i did learn to do continuing back flips/ front flips and would it kinda be the same ?

This is the best deal ever. Really. I mean out of all the ways to get "superhuman" abilities they are all expensive and very impractical (jetpacks,flippers, etc.)

A good bike costs $400 at least. With that you have to lug it up, take the wheel off, and make sure you have a decent place to ride wherever you go with it. Then there is the task of going up hill

I need these things. Slip em off, put em in a bag, you can use them pretty much anywhere it looks like.

Look, these Jumping Stilts are not instead of rollerblades or wheels in general,

This is very aerobic thing and hard to do, half an hour and you all sweat, believe me you don't want to use them instead of bike..

These are my first Jumping stilts PoweriZer frame, they cost me 3 years ago about 400 US but now they are much less.

It you get them you must learn some flips dude, try on a trampoline first (!)

I am not a gymnast, I just know how to jump on a trampoline, and with some training and courage you can do it on these Jumping stilts.

But as you can see, there is no place for mistakes like on a trampoline...this is dangerous.

I bought some 3 months ago, been using them every 2nd day, jumping running for hours on end, no sore joints or anything like that.

Infact the only physical problems ive had are so leg muscles because ive over used them when i 1st got them so my my muscles weren't used to the extra weight.

Now how ever my leg muscles are alot stronger and i used to weigh 61 kg's and after using these for a quarter of a ear im down to 55kg's. Its a great workout

As long as you bounce with them - the springs become softer and then you get less height.

That's why I try not bouncing just on one leg and bottoming them out because it wear the springs faster.

You can make them last longer by going to stronger spring, i.e if you weight 75kg and have 75-85kg springs go to 85-95 or even 95-105 it's harder to bounce but you don't seem to have a problem with that. :o) Cool Vid keep it up.

It depends how much you use and how hard you bock.

Lets take the hard way, the springs are good for 4 +- months and the rubber sole is dead after 1 month.
