the dentist. go to the dentist. Do it for 300$ then your done for atleast 8 years. then just use an enamel paste. you spend about 50$ for every kit to not be happy and it just sits in the drawer. I did mine in 03 i had the whitest teeth around then all of the sudden everybody needs white teeth. Well its 2010 and i am going to whiten them again because i started drinking coffee 4 years ago. If you go to a professional and take care of them you shouldnt have to be whitening them again.
