I believe that she is guilty and should pay for her crime, but I dont believe it was premediated. I think she stole money to support her meth habit even though drugs were never mentioned. I belive the internet searches were to find out how to make meth bc chlorform is main ingredient and I believe something terrible happened while high and she panicked and hid the body but I dont believe the murder was premediatated.

after Caylee was murdered, casey was sleeping somewhere and never had Caylee with her (for 31 nights and days)

she was sleeping at someones house without that baby for 31 days.

casey no way would sleep in her car.

there will be testimony from someone stating casey was staying with me and i never saw her baby Caylee. and it might of been at several different friends homes.

but the prosecution will have that all put together.

it is strange for a mom not to have her child with her overnight.

Why didn't C or G or Amy or her boyfriend or even the Mother react sooner? How did KC or any others justify or rationalize their not seeing Caylee...for even a few hours, a day, a week?

Cindy explained it away? Thankgod she eventually reacted! G tried to explain it away. Her friends must have been explaining it away. I guess everyone thought that someone else was more important.

while the camera is on her when they are reading the detailed counts against her, you can tell jose and the other lawyer are trying not to look at her, but she just keeps her head up! EW! I didn't know she was still shopping/stealing as of July 15th! Thats they day/day before Cindy caught up with her and 911 calls!

So from July 8th thru July 15th she was doing repeated thefts.

no kidding----it's almost as if she stopped in at the BOA and cashed amy's check ON her way to pick amy up at the airport!

i'll have to check and see what time she was at the bank,and what time she went to the airport, but still she cashed the check the DAY she knew she'd be seeing amy soon.

Ya, What I see is that she was 'on the run' with a shopping spree for what she would consider survival basics, avoiding home and going ahead with her frauds all along. If she hadn't been confronted by Cindy (and Amy), I thik she thinks she would hav just kept running. In this light, it is quite good that Cindy reacted and made a call on it, which she literally did.

What I don't get is why ANYONE even remotely involved with KC and Caylee didn't react sooner...like 31 days before?

kc's "friends" wouldn't have known, since she saw different ones on different days, giving them all the same 'at the beach', 'with nanny' crap.

GA and CA were used to seeing them daily-but-kc convinced them she was bonding w/ caylee and/or gave them the same 'at the beach' 'w/nanny/ etc,while claiming to be at WORK. plus they always believe her lies/worry about upsetting kc. GA & CA let it go for a month--but call police ASAP over stolen gascans AND the old car?
