  • WHY DID THE FAMILY AND AIM HAVE TO DEMAND HER BODY BE EXHUMED HER HANDS WERE CUT OFF BY FBI AND SENT TO WASHINGTON THEY NEW WHO SHE WAS IT WAS THEN IT WAS FOUND OUT SHE HAD BEEN SHOT THE FIRST AUTOPSY SAID SHE DIED OF EXPOSURE I HAVE FOLLOWED THIS SINCE I WAS A CHILD AND I STILL BELIVE LEONARD IS ASCAPE GOAT FOR THE FBI AND THE GOONS AND THE GOVERMENT

  • Tune in an listen to Denise Pictou Maloney, the daughter of Annie Mae Aquash, talk about her mothers life, and death. Learn about how Denise and her family have been fighting for justice for their mother for the last 35 years.

with Claire Kaiser - Let's Talk About it with Denise Maloney

  • Again im not saying AIM had something to do with it, what i am saying is the facts point in that direction...

  • @Godstatusc Okay AIM had something to do with Anna Mae's death. In all societies individuals who have committed treason against their own nation or people are put to death. Prisoners, the mafia, The Rosenburgs, Timothy McView, etc. Why is this any different? Just because you say she wasn't a snitch doesn't prove jack shit. Where is the proof Anna Mae wasn't a snitch? Also, you're paying lip service to the other 60 murders. You're so bent on an anti-AIM agenda that you hate you're own kind.

  • @wovokanarchy What!! Have you even paid any attention to what i have been writing, dawg listen, first off I am all for investigating the 60 unsolved murders on PR, that does need to be handled, second, im not saying its different im saying its not justified, its not right. Third, the proof is in the puddin look at the evidence and testimonies of what people who were close to her; friends and family, had said they all new she wasn't even Banks himself and Leonard said they trusted her...

  • @wovokanarchy Fourth, im not anit-AIM im anti anything that has to do with putting the Native American people down even if it means the leadership of AIM if they had something to do her death. I dont hate my own kind, far from it and if you get that from what i said then your more twisted than i thought. If anyone you hate your own kind by criticizing a strong Native American women who was killed for no reason at all and critizing me for sticking up for justice for all our people not just Anna

  • @Godstatusc AIM put our own people down? When I talk to people who were young or of adult age during the 70s actually AIM instilled a lot of pride and confidence in Indian people back when being Indian had a lot stigma and shame applied to our race. What have you've done beside offer criticism against that time period and movement? You're using one incident in that time period to make a blanket judgment against the people who were involved during that time. Once again I'm waiting for ur evidence

  • @wovokanarchy Learn how to read dawg, I didn't say AIM put our people down i said I would have a problem with it if they had something to do with Anna Mae's death. I never criticised AIM's work in the '70s, when did i do that, in fact i am proud of what they accomplished back then i agree with you there but, if they had something to do with her death which you even admitted to, then that's a problem and something that should be condoned whether they are AIM leaders or not....

  • @wovokanarchy Waiting on evidence? Dawg like you told me stop being a lazy bastard and do your own research, its not hard. Its all there, maybe you dont know how to google, who knows. Anyway, take your time theres alot there...

  • @wovokanarchy You think i base my opinion on bias thinking or somebody elses word on the matter, naw, i read and search the truth myself...

  • @Godstatusc Okay where is the ''truth'' and in what written material you've read all these years to prove Anna Mae wasn't an FBI agent? One piece of evidence would suffice. Megwetch.

  • @wovokanarchy Does it matter dawg, im mean come on already, thats all you can hold on to "wheres the evidence" look for it, its there, you told me to. Let me ask you, what do you have against Anna Mae so much? You gonna take peoples word for it and run with it? Im pretty sure if Peltier or Banks told you the sky was black you would believe them. Don't be gullible, look, i looked up to those guys too thats why i was so shocked when i read what i have. Look at both sides and make an honest opinion

  • @Godstatusc Maybe due to people like you who use her death to undermine Indian people's quest for justice, treaty rights, sovereignty, activism, etc. I'm not an AIMster but I recognize the value they instilled in people when they needed it the most, a time when it was open season on Ndn people. In a Cdn documentary Buffy St, Marie said, "I knew her by a different name because she wasn't using Anna Mae" Why did she not trust Buffy with her real name? Why did she abandon her kids in Canada ?

  • @wovokanarchy Wow good one, you studied for that didnt you however anybody with common sense can see your ignorance. So to you as long as your fighting for justice, treaty rights, sovereighty and activism its ok to kill innocent people, they undermineded themselves when they did that. And now you want to disconnect yourself by saying your not an AIMster when all alon you have been defending them and there ways. Your trying to seperate yourself now cause you and AIM are wrong. First you...

  • @Godstatusc How do you know Anna Mae was innocent? Again, where is the evidence she was innocent? By your attacks on the movement and the cause of First Nations rights you sound more like a B.I.A. official. You sure you don't work for the B.I,A.?You pay lip service to First Nations rights and issues, what have you ever done to decolonize our present situation?By attacking the very people who tried to implement decolonization of our lands? AIM is dead but the fight continues and u can't stop that

  • @wovokanarchy Obviously your the one pulling shit out of his ass, you dont know jack shit. "I have it taped of VHS but i got to find it." Yeah right good one, hey you aint got to lie dawg, lets state facts and let the cards fall as they will. Why do you hate so much; your people. Listen, stop being lazy and look, its all there, i dont need to lie just to convince you, please. I base MY opinion on how many people who didnt like Anna Mae and ones who did, state she wasn't an informant. Also how...

  • @wovokanarchy ...people who suspected just were going on suspicion, paranoia and jealousy, thats it and thats all. There is no evidence at all pointing to her being an informant just suspicion to which no one says why they suspected her. And let me finish with this, no one is attacking the movement, i appreciate what the good they did however they killed there own in cold blood for no reason. You attack me saying im attacking the people who do good right...

  • @wovokanarchy ...well why are you not attacking the ones who killed someone who was doing good for our people. You have nothing to go on so you keep saying im hating on those who fight for us which but if you read what i have been saying it has nothing to do with what your accusing me of. I support all that fight for Natives and for the murders that haven't been investigated and i am not in anyway trying to slow the cause, but you have nothing to go on so you run with that accusation...

  • @wovokanarchy ...stop lieing and state facts and have a normal debate. I willing to hear all that you have to say and am willing to admit when i am wrong because i want the truth. If it came out today that she was an informant i would be first to admit i was wrong, however there is nothing pointing in that direction so far and it doesn't look like there will be. I know you dont want to admit it, thats fine, who are you anyway. If you want to be blind and ignorant your whole life thats on you...

  • @Godstatusc As far as I know there is a lot "pointing in that direction'' that she may have been an informant. So what does that mean? We are back to square one with you believing in one thing and I believing in another. See that's how it's been since day one when Columbus landed in 1492. World's colliding. The white man believes in one thing and the Indian believes in the other. Ask yourself this, which one has been lying the most since 1492? Anna Mae is just another causalty of many causalties

  • @wovokanarchy Yeah true, but the sad thing is is that it was her own people. Not white on Red but Red on Red thats why it effects me the most. And i dont see many credible things that make be believe she was an informant. Just because Theda Clark, Troy Lynn Yellowwood, Madonna Gilbert and Lorelie DeCora Means didn't like her and started to spread rumors doesn't mean anything. Why they started the rumors who knows, i have my opinion why, but they never really stated themselves why they had...

  • @wovokanarchy ...those ideas. Then Dougless comes out then the paranoia spreads and of course she implicated because at the time she was having an affair with Dennis Banks and she was the only one besides Douglass that was that close to him. That doesn't make her guilty at all of being an informant tho. Was she perfect, no, but she wasn't an informant. Your right another causalty of war, that was unnecessary...

  • @Godstatusc Well that's your opinion and I have mine. Just because you say she wasn't an informant doesn't make it so as well as just because I say she may have been doesn't make it so either. That's the difference I say she "may have been" whereas your absolute in saying "she wasn't" where you don't offer any proof besides your ''opinion". Now who is the one with the ''open mind'' as you've written before? At least I'm open to both possiblities whereas you're unwilling to accept the idea.

  • @wovokanarchy What! R u serious! Anyway, nice try on trying to flip it. lol. Man you just keep on separating yourself from what you once were saying. I dont blame you tho, i would too if i were you. Your open to both possibilities, dawg do you even remember what you have been saying, you need to back track and look at how you have been poppin off at the jaws about her being an informent. Wasnt it me that said i would be the first to admit i was wrong if it came out that she was an informant...

  • @wovokanarchy ...i have the open mind, anyone can read what we have been saying and come up with that. I want the truth thats why study both sides of the issue. And if you would you would see things differently to. Look bro obviously you have conceded because you cant come up with anything else besides switchin your stance on the matter and changing your story. If you do your homework you will see nothing is credible that points to her being and informant but plenty pointin to her innocense...

  • @wovokanarchy ...Im just gonna agree to disagree, like you said you believe in one way (with no evidence) and i believe in another (Which if you read you would see my perspective) and we can leave it at that. Stop being lazy bro, read you'll c...

  • @Godstatusc Okay would you be so kind as to post the list of books and material you have read to form this well so-called "perspective" on the case? I would greatly appreciate how you came to form this enlightened position of yours. I'll post a list of books that I've read on the matter also. Megwetch.

  • @wovokanarchy Dawg you have the same resources as i do, just dig, besides you haven't thrown out there any books or webs either, oh, wait, Ojibwa Warrior doesn't count consider the source, oh and a documentary you still have to find on VHS. Look, you believe one thing and i believe another, thats it, we can go on forever about it but we would still be at square one like you said. I just hope you can come to a point in your research were you can be honest about the case and stop being bias...

  • @Godstatusc So I take it the answer is no, you won't list your sources or books you've read to form your ''perspective''? That's cowardly. You make bold statements but can't or won't demonstrate how you've arrived at your conclusions. How are we to take you seriously then? We can only conclude your perspective is based on emotional outbursts and subjectivity. I at least have shown some reading material to show at least I'm reading to understand the time period and people involved. Here is a list.

  • @wovokanarchy Thats cowardly, thats what i thought when you told me to do my own research, whatever dawg, look i make bold statements because i can back them up unlike you what can you quote and pull out, nuthin, you pop off about books which you probably pulled up on the internet to sound like you have been reading these books when in truth you haven't and other than that you can read what you have been saying and see you have had the emotional outbursts and subjectivity with no evidence;...

  • @wovokanarchy ...No names, dates, testimony papers nothing, all you can do is list books for me to read, which you havn't probably read and look for an old VHS tape. Open minded huh, what does all your authors have in common hmmm, they are in all the same click with the same point of view asswipe. Dennis Banks, Russell Means, Kenneth Stern (Banks Defense Team), Paul Chaat Smith and Robert Allen Warrior have strong ties with AIM and there people. I admit i havn't read all these books for...

  • @Godstatusc Blood of the Land- Weyler. White Men Fear to Tread, Means, Like a Hurricane, Smith& Warrior, Loud Hawk by Stern, Road To Wounded Knee by Bob Burnette. Ojibwa Warriio, Banks. I've even read Agents of Repression by Churchill. I take it you're smarter than all of these people who were active and part of the movement and somehow you know more knowledge about that time period than all these people put together?

  • @wovokanarchy ...the simple fact i dont want to read the same shit over again. They all say the same thing and throw out the same ideas. Open minded your far from, jump to the other side a bit, read Denise Pictou books and docs, Paul Demains, read trial testimonies from people like Thelma Rios, John Graham, Arlo Looking Cloud, Rob Robideau, John Trudell and many others who testified of her innocence and who point the finger at AIM leadership. I could read all your books and still not have...

  • @wovokanarchy ...one lick of evidence, just heresay and suspicion. However, i am still looking at things and papers of AIM lawyers that were interesting and am still looking at opinions and following up on them of those who oppose Anna Mae. If i find anything that leads me to believe she was one like i said i would admit i was wrong. Until then do your homework dawg and come back with some credible shit next time...

  • @Godstatusc So your take on "things", "papers" and "AIM lawyers'' is what your basing your entire ''expert'' opinion on? And your stacking that to an entire catalogue of books that document and research the entire time period? "Paper and things".what a joke! At least I have the bollocks to post some literature that I base my opinions on. What do you offer? "Paper and things". Laughable. Like I said post the literature you're relying on? Or does the book u rely on "The American Ndn Mafia' not do?

  • @wovokanarchy Yes your right "things, papers, AIM Lawyers, Testimonies and i never said no books, you just assumed that, asses do that tho. You know what the joke is tho, its how your so one-sided and refuse to read anything other than what suits your belief. Its funny, i have offered alot your just to blind to see it. What did you put up, nothing but one-sided crap that repeats itself from one book to the next. In The Spirit of Crazy Horse states everything your other books say so why do i...

  • @wovokanarchy ...need to read the same shit. Just because you list some books doesn't mean shit, i could do the same doen't mean i took the time to read em. Out of all the books you stated you read you haven't once offered any evidence from them that leads me to believe you read any of them. All you say is "all fingers point to her being one blah blah blah...." then prove it tell me who and where you heard it from and where they get there info, then we can have a debate, but until you come....

  • @wovokanarchy ...up with something credible and concrete than save your breath because to me your just coming up with shit to suit what you believe and thats she was an informant and deserved to die. Honestly i believe you haven't even done any research at all based upon what you have said, you probably heard someone speak about it and took it as truth and ran with it. Your ignorant, and until you enlighten yourself then we can talk. If fact do us both the favor and read the books you...

  • @wovokanarchy ...have stated you have read then maybe we can get somewhere. I have put facts out you haven't even to support your beliefs and ideas you have just been stating them but not backing them. You look down on me cause i have looked at court docs and testimonies and lawyer papers, but let me ask you this, how the hell else are you to find the truth? Ive read books add watched video, what have you done? You probably just watched "Incident at Oglala" and decided you were tell the world...

  • @wovokanarchy ...that you knew everything that goes on with Native rights and injustices. Takes more research than that. Your basing all your entire "expert" opinion on Dennis Banks, Russell Means and other AIM affiliates who keep on changing there story on the matter to protect there asses. Dawg expand your education look at other things because if you base your whole belief on those books that you listed your more ignorant than you make yourself out to be...

  • @Godstatusc Well what have you offered? Ad hominem isn't logic nor a debate. Okay, we get it you don't like the AIM leaders of that time. But they were there experiencing all the craziness of those times, Where were you? Again you haven't shown one item or source material to back up your claims. You say for me to expand my 'education'' without the books but at the same time you criticize the people actually lived in those times.Okay name some people you rely on to base your judgements on. 1 dude

  • @wovokanarchy Here you go again with the same thing just give it up. I feel like a broken record because i have to keep repeating myself. As a whole, i dont condone AIM at all, they did wonderful things, however, i dont agree with everything that they have done and how they handled certain things. Again, i criticize certain people because of they way they went about thing pertaining to Anna Mae. Now do i hate them completely, no, do i disregard them altogether just because of the way...

  • @wovokanarchy ...they have dealt with the things pertaining to the case of Anna Mae, no, but when it comes to this case there integrity and there heart has been comprimised. Thats it, thats all, dont make it more than what i have been stateing. Your putting words in my mouth so that you can make me look bad and so that you can keep this crusade going. Answer the questions, Why do you think she was an informant? Based on what evidence? Simple. And dont come back with a question or say "well...

  • @wovokanarchy...what evidence have you offered." Just answer the simple questions, why do you think she was and informant? Based on what evidence? Dont spin it or dodge it just answer it. If you know so much and have read so much i pretty sure can quote some things and give names and dates and places. Lets see if you can do that. Like i said i dont you have done any research on the subject and if you did it shouldn't be hard at all to answer those simple questions...

  • @Godstatusc Your answering a question with questions. A typical debating technique when the person has nothing to offer. I said Anna Mae could have been an informant that no one has proven other wise. I've listed a whole series of books that I've based my opinions on. I"m not saying these authors have stated A.Mae was an informant but it's still a possiblity. You've offered nothing to back up your position. No books. No Names. How r we to led to believe u?All you've offered is ad hominem attacks

  • @wovokanarchy Exactly what i thought, you answered the way i thought you would. Avoiding the question like usual. Until you can put some facts or just even put some things out there that you have read or heard than we can get some where, until then we are gonna keep on going in circles. You say that the authors say its a possibility, ok, on what evidence, why do they think that? If you have read them these questions should come easy to you, Look take a couple of days and read them again if your

  • @wovokanarchy not sure. Then speak on the subject because you at this point dont have crap to back up your claims. I on the other hand can but i see it sensless to argue with somebody who is as ignorant as you. So go ahead read your books again, or, go buy them and read them then come back and we can talk and have a debate and get somewhere, because up in to this piont you dont know shit...

  • @Godstatusc Once again youre to cowardly to list your sources because you dont have any and people reading these comments will know that.Anyone can come to their own conclusions who has time to read the comments. You've offered a complete blank when it comes to backing up your claims other than your own opinion which is probably based on racist old white guys in suits. That's why you're afraid to list your sources.Take a look at the documentary A Tattoo on my Heart or you think they are liars to?

  • @wovokanarchy Computer tough guy huh, look if i thought i wouldnt be wasting my time i would, and i invite anybody who wants knowledge on the subject or want to enlighten me on some things to feel free to hit me up. However, you on the otherhand im sick of trying to talk to. Anybody can see im the only one spittin facts not fabrications unlike you. The only thing blank is your sense of heritage and respect and love for your people. Ive given you too much of my time alread and i feel if...

  • @wovokanarchy ...i give you any more i would be wasting it on something i otherwise could benefit from. You have nothing, never have, and i dont know why i even wasted my time. I could respect you more IF you had anything credible to say. I was hoping in the begining you would enlighten me on some things but you havent said shit and im tired of waiting. You lie, twist, backpeddle and accuse me... wait it sounds like someone, are, are you an old AIM leader, shit you could of fooled me...

  • @wovokanarchy Do yourself a favor, stay out of Native affairs because honestly your horrible at it. Next time pull out some facts, names, dates, places, time frames or testimonies because what your coming up with is weak. You would be doing more harm then good dawg. Your the reason Natives have a bad name in places, and do us all a favor keep your mouth shut unless you are gonna benefit us or you know what your talking about otherwise you will be wasting our time and yours...

  • @Godstatusc Go back to supporting colonialism and cointelpro racist tactics against First Nations. You've offered nothing but ad hominem and verbal attacks. I bet any money you're an apple. You've lost the argument.

  • @Godstatusc In the same documentary it was revealed Anna Mae was never in jail for any length of time and was the first one to be released whenever something went down. Strange don't you think? Also, her family in Canada is known to be connected with the RCMP and Police. Hell her own daughter is a cop. Why doesn't she investigate the 600 missing murdered Aboriginal women in Canada? Why? Because the RCMP don't give a rat's ass about Indian women and she's part of the system that abuses Indians.

  • @wovokanarchy...said AIM had nothing to do with her killing, or at least acted like it, then you back peddled to say they did. Now your saying your not an AIMster cause you know that they had something to do with it and to play the safe card your separating yourself from them to be right. Its cool we all get enlighted some time. Furthermore to show how ignorant you are the reason Buffy St. Marie knew her by another name was because her Mikmaq name was Naguset Eask however she was born...

  • @Godstatusc Yeah right, I remember it was an English name Buffy said on the Fifth Estate ducumentary and not a traditional Indian name. Did you pull that one right out of your ass also? I taped the documentary on VHS and I"ll have to revisit the show again but I no longer have a VHS player and so I"ll watch it again one day to get the actual name she was using in California. When someone uses a pseudonym it tells me they have something to hide.

  • @wovokanarchy ...Anna Mae Pictou Aquash. Who cares if she was released quicker than others or not that doesn't mean crap. You say her daughter is a cop, dawg she was 11 years old when her mother died so what does being a cop now have to do with Anna Maes death then. Come on dawg, read a little more and come up with something bettter than that. Besides if you look at Debbies webs you will see that she is very much involved with solving many Native cases in Canada not just her moms here in the U.S

  • I would like to know how Vernon Bellecourt knew that Anna Mae was an informant, who was his source and what was his evidence. "Oh, well everytime someone got arrested she happened to be with them" if that's all tht they had about her being and informant than an innocent women was killed, one who devoted her life for the cause...RIP Anna Mae...

  • FBI tactics; Instill fear, spread lies, intimidate, and confuse the Indian and they will eventually turn on each other, do our dirty work for us, and we'll soon be rid of them all.

This is what I see happening.

I cannot say that I know the truth of all of this, but I will never take the word of any US government agent (or x-agent) or agency as evidence of anything. I would not do so even against a white man...and much less so against an Indian.

  • first off, Thank You WolvesEcho for posting the video i put together, as most know...Arlo IS My brother & i Do Know what went on here. SHAME on YOU Cathy Elliot for ayin claim to Anna Mae while advocating her KILLER...check out "Gun In Her Mouth" to get full source to clips used here...and for your info...I am Richard Two Elk, Producer O G Productions...INTIMIDATE ME...WOPILA!

  • There are always 2 or more sides to every story...eventho none of the stories are ness. completly true.Hopefully this is new and enlightening (the drunk friend) was Leonard, 2nd in command of A.I.M. after this paranoia set in it was CRAZY.

  • You never hear about this when they bring up Leonard "cop killer" Peltier. I'm sure the domestic terrorist can justify this as well.

  • It eventually came out that Kamook Banks was an informant for the feds.

  • @wovokanarchy

    Give me proof...

  • @Godstatusc Read Steve Hendricks book " The Unquiet Grave" and Dennis Bank's " Ojibwa Warrior". Or just Google the bloody thing. Don't be a lazy bastard, do your own research.

  • @wovokanarchy Furthermore, you said until proven otherwise she should still be suspect, suspect on what proof or evidence, why would you just point someone out and say "i think she is an informant because i want to". Basically thats what the leaders of AIM where doing because they had no reason for accusing her of that. There has to be a reason to suspect someone, this is why i think they did: 1. Jealousy 2. Paranoia. Durham came out and they were paranoid and Theda Clark was Jealous...

  • @wovokanarchy I have been bitch, and besides your gonna take Banks opinion that she was and informant thats his ex-wife, and of course he would say that to protect his ass from having any involvement with it. You need to do your research not only of the Peltier testimonies but of the Arlo and Graham case and dont be so gulable asswipe have an open mind, there is alot of false shit out there especially with these cases...

  • @Godstatusc Look you coward there have been other people more credible than Dennis Banks who have expressed their shock at the revelation that Kamook Banks is an FBI informant. Google Kamook Banks and it will be right in front of your eyes or are you too fucking lazy to even read a web site? Has it even been proven that Anna Mae wasn't an FBI informant anyway? Until it's been proven Anna Mae was not an FBI informant then Anna Mae , at least in my opinion, should still be regarded as suspect.

  • @wovokanarchy Man you need a hug or something, why you so angry, anyway asswipe, my concern is the issues surrounding Anna Mae, lets say she was an informant, does that justifiy killing her -if- it was AIM leadership, no it doesnt. Besides it just wasn't Kamook who testified to the fact that it was AIM leadership that put the hit out so are you gonna call all of them informants. Credible people from AIM have said so. Cant say they are all in a conspiracy against the former leaders of AIM...

  • @Godstatusc Well in my books if you're a rat you deserve death. "My concern"? Why focus on one individual? What about the other unsolved 60 murders on Pine Ridge? Oh these individuals were real Indian who believed in their ancestors causes and ways. Maybe take off your racist blinders to the entire situation and you may see that all of the murders on Pine Ridge need to be investigated and not just Anna Mae's. Get it Keemosabe?

  • @wovokanarchy Rat deserves death, it never was proven she was one. Man you have alot of hate and anger in your heart she was a Native women too, you would think you would have a little more compassion for someone who seems to be Native proud. All should be investigated for sure i with you, and i am far from racist being Native myself but we need the truth for once. Look at all the facts bro, and all the testimonies and make an honest opinion. If anyone has blinders is you...

  • @wovokanarchy Imagine what that would do to Peltiers case knowing that he put a gun to Anna Mae's head in an interrogation on suspicion of being an informant. He doesn't want the public and the courts to know that, and Banks being a leader would be a suspect in the order to kill Anna Mae if that were to come out. That is why they fight against the fact AIM had involvement in her death because of the backlash it would have on certain individuals and the movement and what the movement stood for..

  • @wovokanarchy Also, yes she testified and said she was getting $42,000 to wear a wire, so what, does that mean what she is saying isnt true. What if what she is saying is true and the reason Leonard, Dennis, and everyone else who said what she said is false, don't want to be exposed. What if AIM had done it, that would be some shit wouldn't it especially if she wasnt and informant. You need to keep an open mind about things, dont be narrow minded.

  • @Godstatusc So what is your point? What if AIM did kill Anna Mae? What about the other univestigated murders that took place on PR? Well over 60 from what I read. Why is Anna Mae's death more important than these other people's deaths? U know why? Because AIM was involved in Anna Mae's murder and the other 60 murders were caused by the FBI or tribal police. See murder at the hands of white men or their NDN stooges never get investigated. U never answered my question. What if Anna Mae was a rat?

  • @wovokanarchy Anna Maes death isn't more important but we are commenting on an Anna Mae video. Im all about having all those investigated. If she was an informant that still doesnt justify killing her -if- it was AIM leadership. If she was an informant why would the FBI kill her? Why would they kill there own? Wouldn't she be more valueble to the FBI alive knowing how close she was to AIM leadership? Why would the FBI order the second autopsy, risking the results to uncover they killed her?

  • @wovokanarchy You said it yourself "Because AIM was involved in Anna Mae's murder..." So i dont know why your arguing. My concern is that fact, if they did than thats a problem because all that AIM leadership had stood for is compromised especially if she wasn't an informant. Whether she was one or not its not justified, a Native American women was killed and the leadership supposedly stood for Native uplifting, strengthening and empowering and if it was true they would be hypocrites...

  • So Great Skebewis. Why don't you tell everyone in Indian Country why you told me that you believe that Leonard Peltier is innocent yet in public you continue to lie and mislead your "followers." Then share the translation of your, "name."

  • The family also told me that they wouldn't agree to be interviewed for any project that assigned any blame whatsoever, even partial, for Aquash's death to the FBI. The family told me, as they've said often in public, that Anna Mae's death had nothing to do with a political struggle between the FBI and AIM. It was a simple crime with no political overtones. To put it mildly, that's not a theory I subscribe to. S.Hendricks part 2

  • I've spoken directly with her family, but they refused, through one of Anna Mae's daughters, to be interviewed for the book. They told me that the only way they would consent to be interviewed would be if they got to vet what I wrote. I told them that no self-respecting reporter would agree to that (though some unscrupulous ones would). Steve Hendricks Unquiet Grave

  • No wonder her story is not so pronounced as I always thought it should've been...

  • Leonard Peltier's latest spokesman for the LPDC, Silent Bear (also know as Stupid Bear) has taken the handle 500skebewis as his latest identity. Wannabe white guy who lectures people about Native spirituality like he was from Sedona and got a small boast for his music sales, but couldn't piss his pants properly if he had them on right. Such is the state of affairs for Leonard Peltier and his attempt to con society, - Indian Country has figured most of his scheme out.

  • "He said if she didn't start cooperating that he would see that she died," Hamilton told jurors.

Assistant attorney general Rod Oswald asked Hamilton if she was alleging that Price had killed Aquash.

"I don't think he pulled the trigger," she said, "but I think he could make it happen."

  • My terms are simple: I get paid the standard Ward Chuchill fee of 10g's plus expenses for each appearance. I should actually receive more than that, since what I have to say will be beneficial to many professors of Indian Studies, quite unlike the bilge he peddles. If you wish to contribute your waterboy cut to an Indian fund, that's your business . Otherwise, talk to the hand. Better yet, I'll deal directly with Kari Ann. We really don't need your bumbling.

In the Spirit of Anna Mae(J.S 500)

  • I suppose the court and grand testimony of 30 or more AIM members means nothing or proves that AIM couldn't not think for themselves without guidance from the FBI. Their paranoia had nothing to do with the Minneapolis drug cartel, or purchase of dynamite, or money from other revolutionary groups like the Weather Underground or IRA, or the murder of Civil Rights worker Perry Ray Robinson Jr. in Wounded Knee 73. Of course not.

  • Leonard Peltier’s latest ploy from prison reminds us of all those he has fooled over the years. Although their numbers grow smaller each day, a few still cling to the myths and conspiracy theories they have been conditioned to believe. Despite overwhelming evidence of Peltier’s guilt, they know only discredited histories that white men have foisted upon them. During this holiday season, let us pray Peltier’s latest victims acquire the courage to seek the truth and the wisdom to accept it.

  • I forgot to tell you, I generally migrate towards the opinion now days that when Peltier said "I did not shoot those agents," I believe him Paul De Main NFIC

  • Perhaps a more appropriate title would be,"Dead within a Year,": or "Two Cut Off Hands?." Who created the paranoia in AIM that lead to her death? Do you think it might have something to do with FBI COINTELPRO tactics? If the FBI is not implicated in some way for this crime than Anna Mae's family will not have received real justice. Go after the INSTIGATORS. An international war crimes tribunal investigating the FBI would be more appropriate.

  • The FBI is such scum. I would not be too quick to believe that it was a member of AIM that shot her and not the FBI either directly or indirectly

  • She was a young woman who ended up getting murdered. I don't care about the minor details.

  • Anna Mae may have done some things that were not good, however, her murderers should STILL be brought to justice and should face their wrong doings, rather than hide as cowards. This woman did not deserve to die. She was shot execution style. Her children have every right to seek her justice and I hope they are successful.

  • THAT WAS A DIFFERENT TIME AND SPACE..TO SAY SHE WAS NOT A GOOD BASICALLY ..IS AN OPINION..TYPICAL OF THE PEOPLE OF TODAY'S SOCIETY

  • (1) Anna Mae abandoned her two young daughters. (2) Anna Mae had an affair with a married man, her best friend, Kamook Banks husband, Dennis Banks. He allowed the so-called "gun in her mouth" to happen. (3) Anna Mae made bombs to hurt someone or something. (4) Anna Mae is not a good example for young women to follow. Anna Mae is not a "Warrior Woman". Anna Mae did not follow the example of the White Buffalo Calf Woman. Anna Mae is an example of femicide.

  • FEMICIDE: the systematic killing of women.

  • Was Anna Mae Aquash a "battered woman" or a "warrior woman"? Getting beat up physically, mentally and emotionally from men, whether they were FBI, BIA or AIM.

  • Indian men who beat on Indian women & childen are cowards. Why would Anna Mae support men who would put a "gun in her mouth"? Why would Anna Mae support cowards? Did this event really happen, being the warrior woman she is made out to be? Why are there so many contradictions with this story?

  • AIM STILL IS THE MOVEMENT

  • re: 'The revolution' - it's over it was a party for degenerates - move on, get a life.

  • Okay. I've done some more research. I know now that her family has its own questions about her murder. I apologise for my knee jerk response to viewing this video. However, be it resolved that a man has been sent to South Dakota on dubious if any evidence. And remember, a man or woman are, at least in the States, innocent until convicted. Even if he is First Nations.

  • How does an Australian know what goes on here? Shame on you for your misinformation and misrepresentation of my Mi'kmak sister Annie Mae's tragic death. I find it interesting that you've put this up so close to the John Graham news. Who are these people and how dare you pilfer copywritten materials to make this "documentary"?

  • @Cathyelliott I am an American Citizen. To suggest that the quality of information is dependant on the genetics of the messanger is racist. As I reside in a remote part of Australia it is possible for me to post controversial subject matter free from intimidation. You will also note that I have not commented on the subject matter and maintain a neutral stance, allowing others to draw their own inferences from this material.

  • All I can say is, have you ever heard of COINTELPRO? Just more disinfo bullshit

  • Comment removed

  • Agreed. So tragic. Not sure what to say.

  • All I can say is ~ it's a real shame. So sad.

  • This is fascinating material, but it is hardly the last word on the situation. Anna Mae's death, despite the conviction of Arlo Looking Cloud in 2004 and the recent extradition of John Graham, remains the source of some controversy and confusion. The most salient unanswered questions remaining revolve around the FBI's documented sightings of her after the presumed date of her murder and of why the FBI lied about being at her autopsy and tried to et her buried as a Jane Doe. Caveat emptor.

  • Well, I don't know when the AIM campaign of lies against Mrs. Pictou is going to end probably never, - the only thing they haven't said so far is that she was 'only a filthy squaw from Nova Scotia' - you see the 'revolution' must succeed, foreigners be fucking damned.

  • who you callin a foreigner?

  • @marmaloon

Don't pass judgement until you are positive of your facts.

  • @kcornsilk yes, Americans are tremendously important, that's what I get from AIM, and in my country, Americans are the foreigners.

  • shitheads, I'm talking about shitheads here, of course Americans who aren't shitheads are welcomed with open arms here.

  • I have always disliked communists and socialists, I never hated yankee doodle dandies, you just went down an notch or two on my favourites list, I sure as hell now despise AIM and I detest the POISON it brought to Canada.
