If we meet again I'd tell you how I feel. I'd tell you from the start I'd tell you love is real. How everything we say Everything we do Has been preordained To bring true love to you. Nothing else is pure Nothing else is right You will know for sure Once you've seen the light. If we meet again I'd tell you how I feel. I'd tell you love is real. En español: Cuando encontramos otra vez Te diría como siento. Te diría del inicio Te diría amor es real. ....
Both Esbjorns and Pats solos are so beautiful, and especially at Pats solo the arrangement with the strings is incredible. And then when they strip it down and Esbjorn takes over and plays so softly and the few notes he strikes are just perfect.
Love this tune. Esbjorn incredible talent, human. I would have been his friend. This song seems just for this perfect exhibithion Esbjorn, Pat & Nils. Great. Thanks lovely Esbjorn.
On year since Esbjorn left us now this clip makes me cry tonight. The outstanding piano by Esbjorn, the ´great voice of Nils Landgren and the most beautiful guitar i ever heard by Pat Metheny (that solo is epic!) are forever one of the best tunes i will ever hear. This is tears of joy and remeberance. I miss you Esbjorn!
I didn't know this wonderful itnerpretation. The singer is unbelievable... He sings so fucking wonderful, you believe every single word.... This is maybe the reason, why I don't like the way how Victoria TOlstoy sings it. I miss the pain, the wounds in her voice like i hear them by Landgren. The best, R.I.P., Esbjörn

Esjborn played silence as well as he played sound. Now, in our silence, he plays with memory... My heart goes out to his soulmates, bandmates, with thanks. "I tell you, love is real."
the singer ist so bad - he just lays his voice over the incredibly sensitive and fine play of esbjorn. i mean, if they wished to support the singer, it's ok, but that's not how astonishing, wonderful, spheric e.s.t. could play. for the song: i wish they had done this with a more skilled voice... :-(
like great james taylor of michael breker's ballad album, i guess they didn't want skiled voice. they want just beauty of ordinary things. see the vocalists of pat metheny, they are not so technicains, but they feel and express music by heart.
just to what extent can one turn existence in to beauty and harmony by simply moving the air to make frequences with what nature gave us.. what´s that if not concrete magic? No, some people don´t die, they stay in the marvels they left passing by.. and thanks to people who pick them up and share..
Thanks mate, thats fantastic! I'm actually playing in the orchestra, brings back alot of fantastic memories! But I also have to mention guys, Pat is an a*****e, id never played with such an arrogant musician before.
yes, it is: you can find it on the e.s.t album "seven days of falling" as an instrumental version and with vocals as a hidden track. But these versions are without Pat Metheny. Best wishes. eye_s
Dieser Song hat mich mit 19 schon umgehauen, heute bin ich 27, er ist kein Stück blasser geworden! Danke und R.I.P.

The lyrics are by Josh Haden, Charlie Haden's son.
[You know this Charlie Haden who created together with Pat the wonderful album "Beyond The Missouri Sky"!]
The tune is from the album "Seven Days Of Falling" - both with lyrivs (by Nils Landgren) and pure instrumental ("Karaoke";-))
I saw the trio life in Schloss Elmau - great!
Esbjörn has gone, a really big loss! Our love is here to stay...
