Hey! Pelosi! There's no NEED to repeal Bush's 'authority' from the 2002 Authorization, as that bill gave Bush the power to invade Iraq ONLY if he met two conditions. In Section 3, paragraph B of the bill it stipulates that Bush needed to prove that Saddam had WMD's in violation of the UN, and that Saddam had a connection to 9/11 through financing, planning, or aiding the attacks. Bush proved neither to Congress, therefore the authority never took place. He invaded Iraq ILLEGALLY.
