You have to download tethering from BidsWOW.com I set up even Flash from BidsWOW. The key is that you get Cydia and MiWy, but to achieve that you have to download it from there. It works on all versions, but you have to follow the steps.

@payan02 exactly it removed my tethering too. I restored and still my network doesn't show tethering. "handy light" works but eats a lot of battery and goes off if I close the app.
