@heartlessmushroom definitely. gxscc isn't inherently bad, it's fun useful in some circumstances, i just wish people wouldn't wreap lazy credit on youtube with it.
You have an instant subscriber.. this is pure win, my friend.
I'm trying to get in the 8-bit making deal myself.. the main problem is that my previous skills in making Music deals with the creation of MIDIs... I'm not so good with the keyboard.
Importing my MIDI files into FamiTracker don't seem to work right now... I might have to use another program if I can't figure out how to get it to work...
fortunately famitracker has MIDI-in for note input if you wish to use it. that's what i use and it helps me immensely, much easier than struggling with ascii note input. though as for importing midis in FT, that's not so fruitful, better to just start from scratch. you'd get better results that way anyway.
there's a bunch of dpcm samples in this (indeed ripped from the original tune!) they're simple to add but difficult to mix, due some issues with NES audio i won't go into

there should be more awesome 8-bit covers like this one instead of the heaping amount of crappy Gachisoft "remixes"

Well, this would certainly fit in a NES version of KDL3, I must say.
Bang-up job, there! ^_^ d

haha cheers. i dunno, it's too euro sounding with the arpeggios to be a genuine attempt at kDL3 on the NES, but it's more fun this way \o/

I gather inputting that percussion sample is simpler than one'd think? Nice work here!
