  • انا موجود في الجزء الغريب من يوتيوب مرة أخرى.

  • @darinsargent25 What? English, German, French or Portuguese would work with my brain... not that. Although it looks very funky :)

  • :) lol you sound like the bad guy with the wire coat hanger that melts in indiana jones

  • Thank You so much -- I am looking into one of these and I was wondering about its video playback capability. Seems to work well...

  • very good video thanks!

  • Cool.. i'ts more than a year that we see widgets with effects, reflection,.. when we'll see real desktop applications? :P

  • Exactly what I thought XD.

  • got the exact one. whats the application you open in 50 sec? thanks

  • nvm.. i got it.. what about the application at 2:00? thanks

  • That's gl-gst-player. It an old OpenGL/gstreamer playground I created for getting more familiar with this combo. Mainly to merge it with lowfat at some point. But with all spare-time things, you never have enough time to finish it :/

  • mk23fan, I've no idea how it runs with XP. I only use Ubntu on the Mini 9.

  • I mistakenly assumed it was dual core, while it's actually a hyperthreaded CPU.

  • its a ultra low voltage CPU

  • why did you claim the atom is dual core when it is not?

  • looks good, tripods are good, but if you don't have one or can't be bothered to use one with a cellphone camera, just put your elbow on the desk, it acts as a tripod... ;)

  • That's intentionally. These days the "Custom" option will only be visible if you got simple-ccsm installed. But neither simple-ccsm nor ccsm are nice (read: easy to use front-ends for the configuration-monster compiz is).

  • I have the same laptop, but the problem I am having is I am unable to use the custom button in appearance application. The option is unavailable so it will not allow me to use CCSM. Any input? Is that option available to you? What are you using in the video?

  • Hm ... wrong wording from my side ... and a bit lazy research :)

  • Did you say it has a dualcore?

It doesn't have a dualcore cpu but it has HyperThreading (so it shows up as 2 core's).

  • You're right, Eugenia. With a tripod it would have been easier. But are there really tripods for cell-phones? :) Because that's what I used to record it with. I don't have a real video-camera. This also explains the bad image-quality of the video. A screencast-recording tool would have killed the netbook I guess. These netbooks are not really made with high read-back bandwidth for graphics in mind.

  • A tripod would have been nice. Thanks for the video anyway. :)
