Beautiful! The Mosel river... Spent 6 months training there to be a chef in a village called Trittenheim and now I'm back in Malaysia and I miss the people that I've met there... The reason why I typed Mosel on youtube and found this video... I can feel how Sungha feels and this song is just absolutely beautiful...

the Mosel River flows through West-Germany, surrounded by hills, vineyards and lovevly landscape. The villages are small and peaceful. There is only one bigger town, Trier, the oldedst town of Germany founded by the Romans.

Sungha played a lot of different music already. I guess that's why we're hearing many resemblances from different songs in his composition is because the tunes were retained in his mind. :)))

Well I kinda agree. I think for some artist, there way too many setting or image that can be rearrange in many way. And there no way you can fit all of it into one song. So it hard to leave out good ideas. You gotta compose this piece and then come back later to and compose what you didn't use, you know what I mean? It hard explaining but yeah I think you know.

Even without watching this video, I can tell it's being played by a child. It's not the same sound you hear from the older, more professional musicians out there aiming at a popular fan base. No, this is music coming from the heart, something you can only hear from the innocence of a child doing what he loves best. Whether he gets paid or not.

Hopefully he will keep this thought with him as he grows older. I would love to see this boy become known to the world, and one day, I'm sure he will be.

i think normally an endorsement contracts only includes free equipment as long as he promise to use their products in public. in this case his guitar ist sponsored by lakewood. correct me, if i'm wrong;)

Also the trip he took to Frankfurt, Germany on April 4, to a concert, brought him to Lakewood's headquarters. I wonder if Lakewood paid for that?

Suggestion for Lakewood: Provide Sungha with a second guitar: A Classical model, with a wide neck, longitudinally slotted head and nylon strings.

I saw him in Frankfurt at the acoustic section. He performed with this guitar you also see in this video, but while sitting on the sofa at the lakewood stand he tried another one. I just came just to see him by the way:D

I would really liked to see his concert in Bochum with Uli and Alex Kabasser, another genius on the Guitar;-)

Yeah I agree. Personally, I enjoy Sungha's music when I know it's from a young boy who leads a normal life and goes to school just like many other children. If he signs a contract with a record company, Sungha may not be able to be that normal 12/13 year old kid we see on YouTube anymore. Due to the contract, he might have to get rid of all of these videos and the only hope that we have is to buy his CDs. What if they end up only being sold in Korea? It might take a while to reach North America.
