  • Did you notice the PIG at the exit? FTPL!!!

  • look out Satria Neo Lotus Racing :D

  • "floats like a butterfly, stings like a butterfly"

  • I like the red one. It really brings out the details on the Evora.

  • The Exige at the end of the clip is an S260!

  • Toyota power!

  • thanks for the vid. dream car!!!

  • the design is like the old ones, and the front hello lookslike ahm.. ye

  • they shoulda changed the rear end, it looks a bit too much like an elise

  • love the exige. looks much more muscle than the evoras, even though its the other way around.

still would pick an elise or exige over the evora or europa anyday

  • for the price I'd pick up a BMW M3 and just plain smoke them, and its much more comfortable!

  • These are really nice looking new Lotus... Old ones are just so ugly.

  • Love the colors of the evoras

  • You pay a TON for the Lotus driving experience when you consider for about the same money you can buy a GTR which has:

    -200 more hp

    -Faster accel

    -Faster top speed

    -Faster laptimes

    -AWD traction

-Interior that doesn't look like it was put together in a Chinese sweat-shop.

    -Significantly better electronics.

-comfortable seating for 4 at no extra cost.

Admittedly the Evora will be way more fun to drive against the GTR's docile character. Still when you think value the GTR has it handily beat.

  • @mpalm887 Yeah, but they're not made for the same type of people. I love the elise, and i would never buy an gtr. It looks like what some lowlife kid from fast and furious would drive

  • @ricardjorg Word. I'm with you. I don't like the GT-R despite it's numbers. It looks ridiculous, doesn't make a good sound, and offers little entertainment below 3/4 of the envelope. I'd way rather have the Evora despite it's poor relative value (comparing to a GT-R). Heck I'd take this over a 911 despite this having far and away the worst interior in it's segment. Just look at this thing.

  • Haha Guy @ 0:35 is total douche.

  • LOTUS!!!

  • you guys on this page talk alot about buying cars!

you guys are lucky! im a 15 year old dude who's dying to get behind the wheel but i cant drive yet! :(

    it sucks!

  • @ilovewwe12341 i feel you bro. we are on the same boat

  • @mritothes

    haha it just sucks!

i KNOW how to freaking do it but i cant "legally" drive yet!

    fuck my life! lol

  • I have ordered an Evora in White with red and black interior, 4 seats. Hope I have made the right choice but I adore driving and am in need of a good driver's car, I don't need the fastest car in the world this is a fantastic little thing.

  • I'd rather stick with the Exige S, but thats just me.

  • Red, with a turbo! :)

  • BOTH!

  • do they still make the esprit

  • id say the interior looks more like the mclaren mp4-12c or even a little like the new 458 italia the gtr is more blocked

  • What was that cop waiting on..Do-nuts to arrive?

  • RED OR BLACK CHOOSE NOW

  • BLACK!

  • RED

  • black!

  • REEDDDDDD FOOOL!!!!!!!!!!

  • but honestly, if i'd get one, i'd get it in white..lol

  • @janmaomuriano get a VET, much better deal

  • i can, maybe a grandsport. but if it will be american muscle, maybe a Viper or a Ford GT would do justice.lol

  • @GangsterB30 don't those cars have engines above 7liters? you should think about the new elise that does like 56 mpg and even looks awesome doing so

  • Oh believe me I have researched the elise and exige extensively. The elise and exige beautiful cars, very small and cute. They are also very difficult to get in and out of unless you are about 4 ft tall and skinny. The exige is a great track car, great handling. The motor is a supercharged toyota engine 1.8 L. Not much to work with for adding power but great handling. The Viper is big and sexy lots of displacement to work with in creating an all motor beast! Easy to get in and out of and yes 8.4

  • liter displacement. one reason I actually prefer the viper over all others is because of stock performance and potential to be alot faster. I mean crap the viper acr set a 7:22 record at the nurbergring stock!! a stock viper acr consists of racing cup tires spoiler and I believe a little weight reduction, not much difference from the srt10. The viper is also one of the most beautiful cars out there in my oppinion, big, sexy, and mean. Plus the name! Viper, such a sick ass name, gotta love it!

  • @GangsterB30 Still prefer the Elise. I'm just waiting for them to release an electric car again for me to buy one. Come on Lotus, we're waiting over here! Electric FTW.

  • Ever think of buying a Tesla? The new model does 0-60 in 3.9 seconds! I think it looks great and you can do around 250 miles on one charge. Just a suggestion ;-)

  • @GangsterB30 Yeah, but the Tesla, even though it's made and mostly designed by Lotus, is an American car. And it's not a Lotus. I'd prefer to buy an European car than an American one.

  • I live in California where the Tesla is Finalized. Great car when you are not considering petty differences such as the cars complete origin. This being when someone has prejudice views towards other countries and there automobiles. Everyone should notice the Viper ACR record at the Nurbergring track and say, ok the Americans did it as far as street legal race cars go and put a lid on it! American cars of all types and makes are only getting better! I do respect your opinion, feels good to love

  • Comment removed

  • @GangsterB30 Yeah, i know that its kinda stupid to marginalize a car brand because of its country of origin, but normally car brands take the personality of the country. For example, American cars are heavy, too powerful and spend a lot of fuel. English cars are all about the experience, the comfort isn't that important. French cars are about functionality. German cars are all about efficiency: everything works better than expected.

  • @GangsterB30 Italian cars are all about style. Most of these qualities apply also to those country's people. Even though the Tesla is made mostly by Lotus, it was designed to be an American car, that holds the american values. Its not true to Lotus's trend, which is what i like about the Elise.

  • Anndd.....The Tesla is an electric car thats not heavy nor too powerful!! The ultimate gas saver!! So without prejudice and further ado, the real question on every ones mind, are you gonna buy the TESLA!?!??!!!

  • @GangsterB30 Lol. I know that, but it's not an Elise nor is it the price of the Elise. And it's not for sale (yet) in my country.

  • Well we dont know what the Elise electric car is gonna cost in comparison to the Tesla yet. And the Tesla recently became available in Spain, I am sure you could have one shipped to you!!

  • @GangsterB30

Tesla is designed off the Elise anyway. So it is pretty close to a Lotus.

  • @LolcanoStudios I am glad you are against animal cruelty, shame on those people in your video, I almost threw up! Anyway I must have been talking to someone about an electric car (Tesla) vs (Lotus). At the time Lotus did not have an electric car, don't know about now.

  • your country and or continent

  • red one kinda looks like the nissan gt-r

  • gt-r handling developed by lotus to be exact...

  • sweet

  • @alexgonick: i understand what you mean. it's the cockpit of the car... the cuboid shape cockpit, looks just like the GTR

  • totally. i was like hey a mini gt-r lol

  • more like a mini koeniggsegg from the front..lol

  • i agree. lol love it. this is near me too go to this show all the time

  • is the evora a 6 shooter?

  • yee, tuned v6 out of the toyota camry

  • Is it turbocharged?

  • Supercharged if I remember correctly.

  • @marshallchang also present in the Avalon, RAV4, Highlander, Sienna, Venza and the Lexus ES/RX350. :)

  • hay my neghbor has tht car lol he let me ride in it it was pretty sweet

  • sweet lotus :D

  • The cars a great car but for some reason the front of it looks like what would be on a Tesla car to me.

  • Lotus designed the Tesla (apart from the power plant) and they make the body in their factory...so yes there is some Lotus DNA shared

  • and at 0:45

  • well what do you know? my uncle and i are in the video at 0:39

  • hi! where in Ga Was That??

  • pretty sure tht was a dealer tag which means its from like alpheretta cuz thats where the lotus/lambo dealer is

  • The Lotus Evora is already in dealerships over here and ready for sale.

Cant wait to go and see one.

    -George

  • yeah when i went to london bout 2 er 3 years ago there was an evora there they must have been around in the u.k. for a while

  • Yeah, the London Lotus dealer has moved now but it used to be on park lane.

They had the first ever Evora built on display. A black one I think it was was.

Now that dealer is just full of Porsche 911s and Range Rovers.

    -George

  • I don't know why Lotus makes it's cars so silent. Gotta love 'em tho

  • Maybe it has something to do with the Toyota Camry engines used in the Evora. Those things are rather quiet without the fancy after market exhaust setups. =)

  • I saw a black one in vegas yesterday!

  • can sum1 say Ferrari f430 type???

  • love that new evora....great looking car...hope to see the soon around my town (when they are mass produced of course)

  • Usually I don't like so much Lotus but this time I have to say that I'm amazed from this model! 5*

  • lol theres a cop siting on street now

  • Tottally fags that just said what number comment they are

  • awesome!

  • Mmmm...hambone.

  • Totally fail
