for anyone that's wondering, yes they actually do get back together. Amy & Ephram always loved one another, they just needed time apart. That's just about it. Amy is the one that ends up coming around. Ephram takes her back at the end.

One of the most heartbreaking scenes of the show. It just shows that Amy has given up, so Ephram does too.

Emily and Greg did an amazing job in that scene, it makes me tear up every time I see it.

An phenominal show that was never given the credit it deserved. Everwood is love. :)

Oh, it was a real crime to have finished this show. Unfortunately, we live in the masses civilization and therefore, in this world, some cultural garbage more appealing to our low needs is more likely to survive. Friends, House MD, etc? Funny, yeah, but lack of substance. Foreverwood!

okay, come on now. If your gonna attack low culture shows attack ones that have nothing to offer. If you've doubt you've ever watched a season of either of the forementioned shows, because both have emotional depth matched with comedy. As far as low culture, reality shows and the Secret Life are to blame.But I do agree with you mostly, American television severly lacks depth and emotion, both of which Everwood brought to the table (and with a slightly comedic edge, I might add).

u r so right. everwood is the ONLY show i ever downloaded just coz i wana keep it. so many american series lack all these lessons everwood teaches this generation. a lesson is a lesson and u can agree or disagree but its great how everwood makes you think. whereas other shows ... they lack these qualities in which TV SHOULD have. everwood is the best there is. at least in this decade. :)

@converseandpeace I would agree. It's weird. He portrays lonely, depressed guy, but such a deep, caring and sensitive human being. He doesn't have classic gentleman's look, but somehow his character makes him look good, especially in the last 2 seasons.

I remember when I was like 12 and Smallville first came out I watched it every week but I couldn't stand Lana at all because she's such a horrible actor. I stopped watching the show altogether after season 1 because of Lana, so I can understand if you didn't like Amy because of her acting, I didn't find anything wrong with Amy myself.

I really can't explain it properly... Yeah, maybe I kinda think she's a bad actress... but she's not completely horrible. It has to do with her face and expressions, I have always thought she was so full of herself. Ok, she's pretty but that's all! She couldn't make me feel sad, happy, sorry for her... I loved Everwood, great show with great acting. Lately I've noticed the only shows with great acting are the dark-comedy-made-for-adult shows like Weeds and The Riches--which by the way are phenomenal shows.
