Kind of a personal question, I guess, but are you doing alright for yourself? I mean... financially. I'm in school right now for Multimedia Development and I'm considering focusing on flash development after graduation.

I've been told there's money in it, but only if you get really good with Actionscript 3.0. Do you do other stuff on the side as well in order to make a living or does your flash work keep the bills in check?

there is loads of money in web development. i my self am graduating from graphic design this year and a possibility for my self is web design. check any online adds and there are pages and pages of ads for web development and stuff like that. probably one of the things in most demand right now.

@StraitjacketFantasy UH. Don't focus on flash. It's a dying technology. As a web designer, I can tell you that trends are pointing to it's deprecation. Focus on After Effects.

I am sure you can make a .png of a brush and import it in flash. better to use vector art though.
