  • haha im not saying this in a mean way but thats realy cool i hav 2 missing fingers on my left hand and im pretty much used to it

  • how long ago?

  • what happened??

  • crush injury

  • Oh...How is it to have only 1 finger at left hand? Are you used to it so you can live a normal life?

  • mostly used to it.. depends on what I need to do.

I have other issues with the hand, so the amputations are just part of the problem

  • Blimey.... That`s really nasty. I hope it improves for you in some way...

  • Have you got much feeling in the tips? I expect that makes all the difference...

I used to work in factory and I kept finding gloves with knots tied in the fingers, turned out it was workers that had lost fingers in the machinery ! Eeek!

  • not as much as before. farther back on the fingers you have less nerve endings,l so you have less feeling. the actual ends, are basically the tops of the fingers stretched over the ends and sewn to the bottom, so I have even less feeling, plus due to the injury I have nerve damage (it was a mess). so... while I so have feeling, it's not much at all, and in some places it's none at all. it all makes it harder to get used to

  • as far a gloves.. gloves are a real pain! in may case they don't fit at all and make the hand totally useless, and when working around machines, it's hazardous, so I modify all my gloves by sewing them so they fit better. otherwise they get in the way

  • How long did it take to get used to using your hand differently? I presume you`ve gotten really quite dexterous with those little fingers? Unless they`re numb...

  • basically 6 months... and that was just for the basics like tying shoes, buttoning shirts etc..

  • how about amputation by shotgun...talk about hurt...lol

  • a friend was holding his shotgun by the muzzle, and lifted it up to take a shot while hunting. the trigger hit a branch and fired... He also is missing a few fingers (it happened when he was very young)

  • I can relate to the burns as well as amputation

  • i know someone who lost 2 entire fingers (pinkie and ring) and the other two were partially lost. weed whacker accident.

  • weed whacker accident? holding the wrong end?

  • haha no

(i think the family left out the part of the story where he was drunk. but that is my guess)

  • Damn, that sucks. I just lost my left ring finger. I got staph like 3 months ago, and couldn't get rid of it. My surgeon told me that the best option would be to have him amputate it. I just had it done 10 days ago. He took part of one of my hand bones, and the entire finger above it. Good luck dude! I know how you feel!

  • same here man but i lost mine to a band saw XD

  • i sliced mine HALWAY in half with a band saw too! LOL!

  • now that would hurt

  • yes, yes it did. but atleast i looked the part for my assassins creed costume XD

  • it's but all that bad.. you get used to it pretty quick.

  • lol i have 2 amputated... putted them into a chain with a gearwheel. they were like crushed in half. :)

  • how bad did that hurt?

  • no wankin for you

  • Roflmao so cruel but yet so damn funny

  • im so sorry for you

  • Since your nameless and small finger are shorter than your index and middle finger, it just looks like your fingers are shorter. I know it's not much of a consolation or anything but that's how I see it. It... looks fine if that makes sense.

Atleast you wont be scolded for biting your nails.

  • did you cut them off for no reason or were they like cancer thing-a-majig?

  • accident

  • i feel sorry for you

  • i have a friend

who all his fingers where cut off

and now all is there is this ball shaped thing

    :D! like southpark people.

    its weird but cool lmao.

  • never seen anything like that

  • lol

  • wow, that rocks man!

  • It's not a big deal unless the thumb is amputated

  • it sucks but i like your fingers there small

  • That sucks dude. I lost my whole left hand about 2 years ago, messing with explosives, it would kick ass if i had what you got. o well i got used to it. just don't let it get you down. Ill try and make a video response of me playing playstation or xbox. its pretty amazing.

  • my pinky is like this but has a nail

  • my dog had his balls amputated. so i totally know what your going through man.

  • about a month ago i got in a accident and it snapped my middle finger and my ring and pinky were hanging on by threads of skin the doctors put it all back together but curculation never returned to the tips of the ring and pinky now my ring is missing the first knuckle and my pinky is like your's

  • Hi Everybody: I was asked by 2 PT students who are doing a school paper as to how many male finger or hand amputees are there in several of the regular or dating sites, They are looking to see percentage on which fingers or hand are most commonly amputated. So I am asking who is a finger or hand amputee Str 8, Bi or Gay to speak up. They need this as the last segment to end there school year.

  • I've got the middle finger missing, the one near the little finger is deformed and the little one was reattached but i havent got much control over it- But i'm very much used to it seeing as the accident happened when I was a few months old, now at 17 ive had 16 years to deal with it, and when its all you've ever known, u dont really feel disadvantaged- Keep ya head up brudah!

  • after 2.5 years I'm pretty used to it. It's not a big deal unless I really need to use both hands for real fine work.

    how did you lose yours?

  • Cant remember it personally, but I was told i put my left hand into the chain of an excercise bycycle while it was moving, if I had been in England the severed digits wouldda been reattached with little complication, but seeing as I was in Nigeria at the time and it was a long time ago, there wasnt really a near enough hospital capable of dealing with serious injury at short notice. My parents still feel guilty I was lft unattended, ur right though, it isnt really a big deal.

  • So...? When somebody cuts you off in traffic, and you flip them the birdie...do you still get FULL credit??? Just curious...

  • are you my old shop teacher?

  • nothing was wrong and u did it for no reason?

  • I guess someone needs to have amputations and burn scars in this world and my name came up :p

  • when you cut them off, did anyone give you a hand? ;)

  • nope... I have been short handed ever sense then

  • How do you play guitar hero?

  • I'm just a little old for that

  • lol

  • Ouch! That must have hurt hell of a lot. 1.5 years ago I lost tip of my finger with buzzsaw (took 8mm from bone), and that already was pretty painfull. Doctor was getting ready to amputate half of the finger but I resisted like a devil. As a lead guitarist & keyboard player I ain't going to give my fingers away that easily. :) So they just did what they could and I'm happy that it went out pretty good. Even though it still is paining at times (and it feels there is some "pressure" in finger tip)

  • in my case the doctor couldn't do much , they had to leave it like it is . now i have a little bit of skin growing over the bone and when i touch it it feels wired as hell...check my vid

  • poor bastard

  • ;p;

  • belle unghie curate

  • Rape 111

  • ???

  • Hallo,

I like your video. Could we be friends via You tube?

    Greetings

    9p8qwe

  • admit it. Just admit you are turned on by stubby fingers. ohhhh mmmmmmm!

  • you sould order an x-finger

  • If I had the money I would... but I don't have any insurance

  • wow sorry to hear that man, thats why i live in canada, we just get every thing for a song

  • my dad had a carpentry accident 18 years back where he lost half his right middle finger. I still cringe at the pain that it he endured...

  • lol he won't be flipping anyone off with his right hand then :P yes i know im being a jerk, live with it...:D

  • I know you said your toes are over-rated, but missing fingers is a huge thing.

How is it like compared to before?

  • YUP, losing fingers takes a great deal of time to get used to. took nearly 6 months just to get good at tying shoes, and doing shirt buttons again.

  • How did you lose your fingers?

  • slipped while working on a truck and hand went into the drive belt.

  • and the engine was running because? oh right you were adjusting the timing? Stay away from the belt. Stay away from the belt. Stay away from the belt.

  • Checking trans fluid. I didn't have any plans on getting close to the belt, but my feet slipped while I was leaning over.
