@tmbdtuff You get infinite breath if you go through the "Beach Patrol" mission at least 15 times, you still get tired if you swim a long time :/ but if you keep tapping X instead of holding it down youll never get tired!

get a skimer and fly with it upsidedown.fly and turn your self and go to the bank in vice by the hospital in the first city and go to roof.thers no roof.go inside with the plane.dont fly on the water you can see it on the map.and go to downtown and you can se the phil collins concert area and u can fly in it! i made it a few times.if u want to go out after that just get out of the plane and it will spawn you on the map again. and u dont need to fly the plane upside down but u fly higher with it
